Has anyone used this company before? This is my first time hearing of them
We used them for our Christmas gifts last year. Of our 3 orders (from 3 different families), 2 had to be returned for colored spots on the canvas. It was nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone at the company & they even made it a point to have my honest review removed from a consumer website until I could provide proof. Clearly, they struggle to keep things running smoothly & they don’t want word to get out.
I used them once before. I ordered the one with a one inch frame and didn’t like that at all. It looks much cheaper than the ones with 1.5 or 2″ frames. But the image itself was alright.

I’ve used them before. I am still fighting with them about an order from last Christmas. The canvas is very cheaply made. Shipping took forever and the image was completely orange. They would not refund my money after I finally got through to them. I had to keep posting on their fb page to get a response. I would NOT use them!
maybe i’m new to canvas, so their quality is good for me. after reading your review, i should change my mind. Any good professional Canvas company do you know?
I ordered from Canvas People (also go by another name that I can’t remember) on a deal posted here) a few months ago. It turned out beautiful.
Their customer service was great and very helpful. They even let me place the order a day after the deal expired due to a bad link.
I would just wait for another deal to show up rather than risk working with this company. Also, Costco makes beautiful canvas’s…just a bit more expensive.
