That is normal. You will not be billed. I have received completely free prints from them for that last three months.
I set mine up about 6 months ago and did my first order and still waiting for the photos to come!

HM, I have been using Groovebook for about a year now and love it. If you want to try it out and get the first month free shipping, you can use my code Boots11. After that, it’s only $2.99 a month shipped. I haven’t been able to find any other deal better. But it is a subscription so whether you have pictures to upload or not, they do charge $2.99.

They charged me for shipping after it said that it was free… I used the promo code. Tried to contact them and they said only one promotion per order…
Does anyone know if you have to use the app to upload pics, or does the credit for the free pics get added to your account and then I could use it on a desktop?

It won’t upload all 100 of my photos , is anyone else having this problem ?? It uploaded 67 of them and then the app closed and it said I haven’t placed any orders on the app?

Just a heads up.. I just ordered using my iphone and was charged for shipping, even though I entered the free shipping code and the balance on the order was $0.00 when I hit the enter button. When I contacted the company I was told they only allow one promo per order and the free shipping promo was removed. I ended up getting the shipping ($9.75) refunded to my card after spending 10 mins pleading my case and requesting a supervisor. So not happy this happened.
How did you see that you were charged? My email said $0.00 after my order so I’m curious if I was charged without knowing.
I get an e-mail from my bank when I make any purchase, glad I do too, or I would not have known about the charge right away.
