My money has been pending a WEEK
I spent a lot of money on diapers counting on this app but so far nothing
if you read collin’s note at the bottom, she posted a message from snap about the delay in processing receipts.
I just replied to say the same thing! Also one week here! Also, the offer becomes ‘all gone’ immediately and you never know when. It may just disappear when you are on your way to the store.
I have not had a good experience with this app. Only 2 of 6 receipts have been processed. Of the those 2, half of my rebate was denied (bought 2 Huggies, but only given credit for 1) even though the receipt shows I bought 2. I have a feeling I’m going to run into the same problem with the other receipts as there are multiples as well. I get that this app is new and they are experiencing delays, but it just doesn’t seem like they have their stuff together at all. I joined Ibotta and Checkout51 when they were new, and I have never had problems like this with either of those apps. It would’ve been better for them to process all those pending receipts before adding new (and hot) offers. Not impressed. I’ll believe it when I see it (my money).
If you contact their customer service and tell them they fix it! I had that happen to me with the diapers and the chobani and both times they fixed it within 24 hours!

I was pending 14.25, now I am only pending 14.25… FROM OVER A WEEK AGO!!! I emailed them, now it going on two days no reply. I dont think I am a fan. I will believe ti when I see it. I too, spent a lot of money on diapers.

Same here! Mine went from 15.50 down to $11.50! Grr! Assuming they subtracted $3 off from the offer they denied, that should only be $12.50. Where has that unaccounted $1 gone?!

I don’t quite love the app. It takes super long for them to process the receipts. My first one took around three days and my second one has been pending for about a week. Does anyone else have the same problem?

nope it doesn’t, it will disappear without warning even if it is saved to your shopping list it doesn’t matter, once it is gone, it’s gone, kinda stinks but at the same time their offers are pretty incredible so it’s hard to complain

When it says lit two, can you buy both in same transaction or do you have to do them on separate receipts
You can do both in the same transaction, I contacted customer service just to ask that same question. 🙂
You can do them in the same transaction you can do all of them in the same transaction (all the different kinds of diapers and wipes), once you “snap” your receipt it will ask you which offers are on the receipt and you select them if you bought multiples of an item, it will ask you the quantity, once you select it, then it will automatically multiply the amount by how many you bought

Due to another fellow Hip2save follower mentioning that pull ups count as diapers. I have claimed pullups several times. Have I gotten paid? No not yet but I did inquire and got the response about the delay just as Collin posted above. I am being patient with this site though. I had the bread and apples go into my available this morning. It did take more than a week. Let me mention though that if u see something as “all gone” keep checking back the same day, that is how I saw the last two Huggies. It showed as “almost gone” so I hurried and sent my receipt and was able to claim it. I see that the Huggies newly added wipes have a limit so I think this app is working toward being better. I have nothing to say negative yet. Hope my pending receipts all go thru which gives me over $15 so far and I have only had the app not two weeks yet 🙂 Milk rebate posted on Ibotta again (FINALLY 🙂

Quick question- the points booster works if the total is $25 Before coupons?? Then can go lower after mfg coupons and you still get points??
Yes. But the $25 has to be AFTER all Waglreens store coupons have been deducted. Then give the booster coupon, then manuf coupons.

I went to the store yesterday and stocked up on diapers and wipes, thinking I was getting a GREAT deal from this app, and also because I stacked other manufacturer coupons on top of it. The offer was still available when I left the store. Right when I got home, I went to submit my receipt and to my dismay, the offer was gone for the huggies diapers AND wipes. Has this happened to anybody else? Very discouraging for me and not sure if I’ll continue using this app. I would have redeemed $18 in cash back… so without the deal, I wouldn’t have bought the diapers and wipes to begin with. I feel like I’ve wasted my time and gas 🙁
Yes, it happened to me, but on the Hidden Valley deal. It was showing as available when I was in the store, by time I got to the car to upload the receipt, it was GONE. Frustrating, all in like 20 minutes or so from the time I finished checking out. There wasn’t even a warning of almost gone like some of the other offers. I needed the packet mixes anyway, so it was no biggie.
I have 2 more receipts pending, as soon as those approve (my first receipt from 2 wks ago finally approved today!), I think I will delete the app. I feel like I am addicted to constantly checking the app during the day to make sure an offer is still available!! At least with Ibotta, once you do a task, you know when the offer will expire and you’ll even get a notification when it’s about to expire. This app has some serious work to do if they want to compete with the others.

I upload my receipt for the Huggies baby wipes several days ago and it still shows as pending. I emailed them twice and I have yet to get a response
NOT in love with this app at all. Have submitted 3 receipts- have had 1 approved. Has been almost two weeks waiting on the others. Per Snap’s message above- it said 24 hrs. Maybe they it meant 24 days. Not a good way to start off……. Anyone else still waiting? Not submitting anymore until this mess is cleared up.
im still waiting on 2 receipts one from oct 5th for 8 huggies diaper 3$ rebate and a receipt from oct 15 for 6 huggies wipes. seems my smaller redemption’s go in faster. Ive had 4 receipt approved for varies other small things took a week. hoping they speed things up 21 days is so long and it was my first ever receipt submitted.
