Calling all Starbucks Rewards members! Check your inbox for a possible email with the Subject Line “Dash Your Way to 20 Bonus Stars”. If you did in fact get this email, you’ll be able to earn 10 bonus stars when you collect 5 stars OR earn 20 bonus stars when you collect 7 stars – valid through October 28th!
Once you have collected your stars, you will receive an email on how to redeem your bonus stars by November 11th.

I received 8 and 10 Star Purchases for 10 and 20 Bonus Stars. :[ IMO the 8 is not even worth it for two extra stars … The 10 however is! But, I’m sorry I won’t be completing this Bonus Star Challenge. Too much moola!
It’s still extra 10 not 2 because you will still recieve your individual star on the same day you buy your coffee or food. If you buy 8 then you’ll get extra 10.
But it’s worth it if you do the 10 so you’ll get an extra 20 stars.

total brain fart. Duh!!! Yep, you always get an additional “blank” amount bonus stars … So, 10 more, not just 2. I have no idea why I blanked on that. Thanx. 🙂
sorry ladies, I’m new to all this starbucks star deal…so in collin’s example, you have to buy 5 drinks and you get 10 stars?

Am I the only one that joins the challenges (past ones), completes them using my linked card, yet never receives a redemption? This has happened the last 2 times I’ve done them…
Same here. I joined the star dash last time and never got my stars. I went five days in a row and never got my bonus stars for that.
Call Starbucks customer service. I believe their number is on the card. They have corrected it for me in the past.
The Bonus Stars come in the form of an e-mail 1-2 weeks after the dash is over. They are not automatically added to your account. You need to input a special specific code that is e-mailed to you. Check your junk e-mail folders.
DH and I both got the 5/7 stars 10/20 bonus ones. Good for me since I really don’t buy drinks at the store but do buy their bagged coffee and VIAs and have some Star Codes saved ahead.
I’m wondering if that’s gonna work tho… In the very fine print at the bottom it states:
Offer valid 10/15/14 – 10/28/14. Earn five (5) Stars and receive ten (10) Bonus Stars. Earn seven (7) Stars and receive twenty (20) Bonus Stars. At participating Starbucks® stores. Must pay with your registered Starbucks Card.
So… It might ONLY work if we make the purchase at the store WITH starbucks card?
I get mine. After I put code in they send me in email next day at the latest I get my bonus stars You can call them though. They have great cs
Total stars are different for people. I had to earn more for same amount.
mine is collect 12, earn 10 bonus and collect 15, earn 20 bonus… I joined but don’t see myself going 12 times between Oct 15-28 as I have cut back on my starbucks visits LOL … 🙁
I never get emails from Starbucks and have been gold since 2008! Any idea why?

Yeah 5 for 10 and 7 for 20!!! Has anyone ever used their stars for purchases? Just wondering what they are used for.
You get more stars to ‘upgrade’ your status from green all the way to gold. While your status goes up, it’s gonna give you more rewards quicker. When you reached gold status, you get a free drink/food for each 12 stars you get; free drink for your birthday, etc.

I received a different offer on September 30 – Come in 31 times in October, receive 15 bonus stars. Thankfully (?), I visit daily, but it’s really not fair to give your loyal customers worse offers.

I received this 31 day offer too. I go everyday anyway so I have already collected all the stars and the offer isn’t even over. Did anyone else receive the “A star a day keeps the Bonus in Play?” Visit 10 days in a row for 10 bonus stars, 12 days earns 12 stars and 15 days in a row earns 15 bonus stars IN ADDITION TO the 31 day challenge.

I’ve completed challenges twice. I’ve never gotten the email to collect my bonus stars. I called Starbucks and they say they are upgrading their system which is causing customers not to see their stars. I’m still missing one from 10/20 plus bonus stars from two challenges 10 stars each so 21 that’s 2 free drinks. Stinks.
