Oh, Stop! Between a cold sitting me down, tailgaiting, Fall food (and beer) festivals and Halloween fast upon us, I am going to be 20 pounds heavier before Christmas ever gets here!

      • linda

Way to go! Keep up the good work.

        • Kidsallgone

Thanks so much Linda! And I just treated myself to a new haircut/style too 🙂

      • Vergin

Hi, what did u do to lose weight. I’m trying but I couldn’t lose much weight and also it’s difficult to control my eating habit

        • Kidsallgone

My primary doc wrote a script for me for Belviq. It’s a pretty new drug in 2013. And it’s quite expensive! My insurance doesn’t cover a penny of it! The med’s website will give u a 15 day free trial. U will need a script for 30 pills cuz u take 2/day. Then the website will give u a $75/mth off card. It’s not an upper med. it makes u feel full so u will eat less at meals. It’s just my hubby and I so I only have healthy food in the house. I am 62//female and weighed 237 in April 2014. Today I weigh 192. I was wearing 3X’s and 24’s. today I wear a 16. I have about 50 more to go. It would work better if I exercised but I am working up to walking on my treadmill since I had hip replacement surgery in August. Good luck on your journey. I don’t eat bread, pasta, rice, or sweets. Ok well I do occasionally lol!

          • Kidsallgone

            I pay $163/mth.

      • tilla ham

yay you!!!! 17 pounds gone in 15 weeks. very slow, and a long way to go, but i think i finally hit rock bottom enough to climb back up.. Vergin, if you can’t control you’re eating, you wont’ lose weight. it’s really about food plain and simple. Calories in, calories out. I went from about 3500 calories a day (disgusting and maybe more at certain times) to about 1900 to 2100 and started walking 5 miles 4 days a week. I bought a fit bit and my goal is 10,000 steps per day. I can still do better, but slow progress is better than no progress at all.

        • rama

          Awesome!!

        • Kidsallgone

Thanks Tilla! In getting a fitbit flex this week from Best Buy.

    • Agata

1 ball has only 70 calories, its not that bad if you can stop after eating one lol 😉 btw I lost 50 pounds while still enjoying my sweets too! and small treats like this make your day so much better 😉

      • Loyda

I would eat the whole box watching tv. They’re dangerously addictive 🙂

Would it be tacky to divvy these up into different gift baskets? Like a teacher’s gift basket with these scattered/tucked among other items? Just wondering… I am always on the lookout for gift basket items 🙂

    • meg

Not tacky at all! Great idea!

    • Katrina

      I think that’s a great idea 🙂

    • Ashley

Honestly, I don’t think it would be tacky at all! I always kinda felt like that’s what you’re supposed to do with gift baskets and besides…some people may be stunned if you gave the 48 chocolates :p I say go for it 🙂

    • Katie

This was my first thought when I saw this post! These are high quality chocolates in my opinion and would make great fillers for gift baskets. Only problem is if I bought these now I know they wouldn’t last until Christmas :-/

      • tilla ham

i think filled up in an inexpensive mug with a 5$ starbucks gift card and you got yourself a fancy smancy gift

    • mariel

      These beauts are never tacky!

    • Yolanda

What a great idea! Thanks for the suggestion.

  5. Megan

They do have nuts in them so make sure you don’t give them to someone with a nut allergy.

    • Katrina

Good point. My ex husband is very allergic to hazelnuts.

      • tilla ham

so you’re getting them for him?

        • Mel

          Zing!

          • tilla ham

            🙂

        • Katrina

          Lol! Hmmm…

  6. Alma

Yummmm wish I had a costco card! But it’s just me and my husband and costco has too large of quantities for us 🙁

    • Rebecca C

Its only me and my husband as well but we recently bought a membership. If you are unsatisfied with it at any point, such as not using it enough, they will refund your membership fee I think. But milk is much cheaper here (almost a dollar less than Publix for me). Also orange juice, fruit (just try to eat it all in the next week), vanilla, coffee, etc. We don’t ever have the cart full of groceries, sometimes just one or two items but its still nice when we go. Try to get a membership when there is a deal to make it even better of a decision.

      • Gina

It’s just me and my husband and we just got a membership a few months ago. We’ve found it to be worth it for things like salad, nuts, cheeses and the cheap gasoline!

    • Diane

If you know someone with a Costco card just have them buy you a gift card. I usually get 10.00 gift cards. You will have to pay for any amount over the gift card with cash or Amex. They are great for the occasional Costco shopper.

      • Jennifer

Good idea Diana…thanks for the tip 🙂

      • Jennifer

    • Amanda M

I agree with Rebecca, the organic items are awesome, the milk 3 pk so much cheaper than anywhere else ( I am on Long Island NY everything is expensive here) I also found other organic staples that even with coupons I would not be able to get as cheap! I think its worth it, do a little tour and make a list, my hubby even took pics and then see if its for you.

  7. Yoli

My favorite chocolate EVER! Thanks for sharing Collin… Great idea to split them in a few gift baskets, definitely not tacky- more like smart 😉. Good job on the weight lost ladies, keep up the healthy habits 👍

  8. Kasia

Bought three packs! Thanks for the post

  9. CoolSue
