    can you do more than one deal in separate transactions and get the points?

      There is a limit as to how many times the offer will award. I believe it’s two times. Also, remember these offers aren’t eligible if you redeem points on the purchase.

        You can use points and earn points. I’ve done this many times, you just need to pay a few cents and you’ll get the points.

      You no longer get points back when you pay with points at Sears or Kmart. It may look like you did, but if you press the “review order” screen, the points are removed.

        I stand corrected, it does still show the points back online on the review order screen for this item! But some people who did the transaction are reporting they didn’t get the points back…so who knows what is going on?

    This is odd, the other day there was a points offer for the wow ipad mini case and I could not roll my points and pay a few cents to get the rewards points, but on this offer it allowed me to pay .50 out of pocket and roll my points and said I’d get the points.

    I forgot to pay a little on my card and used all points.
    It did not give me the points back.
    I tried calling and canceling the order but they said I can’t do that either.
    She said to refuse delivery when it gets here.
    Ha!

      In my experience recently, the points decrease as the amount you spend OOP decreases. If you only spend a little bit on your card, you would only get a few points back.

        This is true for points based on dollar amount spend (you get a % back for the overall $ amt you spend, and this only applies to the amount you spend out of pocket.) However, for item bonus promo points (like this…buy wicked headphones, get $10 back in points), you will get ZERO of the promo points if you pay with even 1cent of your SYWR points…this is a recent change in the SYWR system.

      It wouldn’t have mattered if you had paid a little on your card, as of a several weeks ago, even if you pay 1 penny on your card, you don’t get points back for promo items (though you can still get points back for SOME coupons). What she said about refusing delivery makes no sense, you can’t refuse delivery and get your money back as it isn’t a C.O.D. item, you will have already paid for the item if you refuse delivery or not. I’d try contacting them again to see if you can have it cancelled and/or ask to talk to a supervisor…because some Sears/Kmart customer service reps have no clue what they are saying. I’d also try chatting with them via the Kmart/SWYR chat link…in general the customer service chat responses seem to be more cooperative and more accurate than the call center reps.

        I tried the chat first but no luck there.
        She said it’s processed immediately and they don’t allow cancellations?
        That I have to return the item when it arrives.
        And I will get my points back in 7 to 10 business days after the return.

          I paid with points & still got my bonus points right away & used that to order another pair & still got my points again. They are already in my account.

        The annoying part is it showed I was getting the points back.
        Even on the confirmation page.
        But I actually didn’t.

          Hi Marjorie,
          Since you said it showed you were getting bonus points, try this: Go into your account and click your name (top right), the click “see full history”. This is where I always have a problem. At the top where it shows the “from” and “to” dates, make sure you are seeing today’s date. Mine always shows yesterday’s date. I don’t know if that will help you, but it’s worth a try.

        Go to the order section of your account (scroll mouse over where it says “HI XXXX” when you log onto the kmart website) and see if the order is showing under “OPEN” orders or “COMPLETED” orders. In the past, if it’s showing under “OPEN” and it’s being shipped to me, I have been able to cancel. If you did a “store pickup” option, then the store might have to cancel or you can just not pick it up from the store and after 5 days or so, if you don’t pick it up, the store reverses the transaction and refunds you.

    I just tried to order it. I had marked it to be shipped at first, (didn’t change it to store pick up yet) and it said “Unfortunately this item is not available in your area, please try another zip code”. What? It is not available for in-store pick-up at my local store. BUT if it is being shipped from somewhere else, why would it matter if it is not available in my area?

    I went to the store just now. Says hey were out of stock in store for pickup. Got there there were tons. Pretty upset about that. They were 14.99 each in the store and the black and sea foam had the 10 reward posted on the display. I bought two. Got the 20000 points, used $5.08 previous points so two pairs for about 5 bucks isn’t too bad. I think I’m going I call customer service and see if I can get a credit because they are full of it lol

      Ok so no credit. They only update their system once a week so they may be available in the store even though it says no online. I still had to pay 4.50 more. Still a good deal. But I let them know I was less than pleased about the bogus info.

      Also, if you use your previous rewards for your purchase you may not get the deal points FYI per SYWTR agent.

    so I ordered and used points and $$ and I got 5,000 bonus points instead of 10,000. What is with that? And this was much earlier in the day.

      It’s because you used some points for the purchase. Call customer service they may give you all the points 🙂

        other people on here did too and still got it. now I am thinking that the 5000 are just some bonus points. IT says something about being a valued member. I will call and if they don’t give the points I will just cancel the order. 🙂
