NOTE – Target will price match an item on many sites (including Amazon.com and Walmart.com!) – you’ll just need to show the price on your mobile device or bring in a printed page showing the current price. Before you head out, be sure to print the Price Matching Policy and keep it with you when shopping. And YES, you can use manufacturer’s coupons in addition to getting the price match. See a screenshot below taken directly from Target’s Price Matching Policy.

I bought the Monopoly game at Target earlier this week. I was thinking about a price match before I went there but it was just $7.99 (price cut) in my Target. I didn’t bother myself with price match since it’s only 12 cents difference. I don’t know whether all targets have the same price . You can try this even if your target is not nice with price match.
Can you pair a Cartwheel offer/Target coupon with a price match?
Hi Katie!
Here’s what their policy states: Target and Cartwheel coupons will be applied before the price match is made. If the competitor price is still lower than the price after the Target and Cartwheel coupon has been deducted, the ad match can be adjusted to match the competitor’s price.
Couple weeks ago I went to target to price match an item and I used a coupon on top of that. The lady at customer service told me that she will take the coupon but that she will like to let me know that target just changed their policy about price matching and using coupons. Now we will not be able to use coupons if we do a price match… “that’s what she said” and she told me that this is going to be added on their policy by next month…. I just hope that she was jealous that I saved a lot on that item 😔
I went to target last night. I had two coupons. I wanted to buy 2 gains and get the $5 girftcard to use for my other items in a separate transaction. The cashier saw that I had a coupon for the next transaction for a different item. She said if I’m using coupons at all I have to only do one transaction. No separate transactions if you’re using coupons. Made no sense at all.
This is so stupid…. it’s incredible how some cashiers come up with different reasons so you don’t use coupons. I just think they are mean… i can’t believe it
At my Target, Sorry, Connect4, and Trouble are all $7.99 until 10/25.
Yay looking for some deals to help stock our teachers rainy day games.
