Just read the reviews on Amazon and EVERYONE is saying game freezes and the company Univision (the maker) advises to use a short cut and go around the issue instead of fixing the game or offering a refund!! I almost bought for Christmas but instead I’ll save my money and use on a toy that actually works!!! HTH
We’ve had it since it came out. Along with all the other Skylander games. No issues with any of it, and already layed away the newest version for Christmas.

Just as some FYI, the $50 back was posted in store a few weeks ago and it did not give me the $50 back in points. After a 20 min phone call I was told that sywr ended that promotion but would do a one time adjustment to my acct and that the deal was no longer valid. Hoping you get better results!!

How do I prove it if the points don’t show up? It doesn’t show it on my email confirmation.
Should have showed on the payment screen before you submitted your order and on the confirmation screen after you placed you order.
Mine showed up on my confirmation order page.I used a $10/50 coupon and paid 50000 points and got 60000 .The Skylanders thing was available at my local store for pick up,so it said.
I’ve use my SYWR points 55,000 points to pay for this and the bonus point is not showing up on my account. I’ve pick up my items already. Any ideas why?

When you use all of your points before you place you order it tells you that you will not get any points back under the payment section on the right side of the screen. Always look there before submitting your order. I pay out of pocket a $0.25 to $1.00 when rolling points and that always works for me.
Contact them via chat or phone to explain. They should be able to see details of the offer and will likely credit you for those points. If not, you can cancel your order, but I’m not sure how the points you spent will be handled.

I had a shop your way coupon for $10.00 back in points with a $30.00 or more purchase, so I earned a little over $60.00 back in points for something I was going to get eventually. You and your team are so awesome. I also got him the headphones the other night and picked up those points which I applied to this. My oop was $39.63 with free store pick up.
I placed 3 seperate orders (for different game systems, and to use the $10 off coupon) over an hour ago. Only the last one is showing on my account as “processing for store pickup”, but not the other 2 orders. I got a confirmation email for each order though. And the store even called a while ago (after the 2nd order was placed) wanting to make sure I meant to place both orders. I told them yes, and that I was finishing up another order as well. They didn’t say they were out of stock. So it better not get cancelled for that excuse.
Be very careful when rolling points. I ordered the headphones a few weeks back and had a heck of a time getting my points. After 30 minutes on the phone the customer service rep was able to give me my missing points “this one time”. She said you will not get bonus points when you use ANY points to pay!

When rolling points you have to pay something out of pocket. I ended up placing two seperate store pick up orders one for a wii and after it was posted there was a deal for ps3 I got that one also. My store pickup emails have been sent and my 110,000 points are in my account. I always pay something out of pocket even if its just a quarter and I get the points.
My page says only 480 points earned, and it’s not available for pick up OR delivery (Iowa) so must be a regional deal 🙁

Well, all 3 orders got processed. It only shows points earned on the main page for the order for 1 of them, but if I select “see more actions” it shows the points earned for the other 2 orders. However, none of them are available to use on my account yet.
Well, got full points as expected on first 2 orders, but only $10 points on 3rd one (because of coupon used). Good thing I took a picture of the pending order details page earlier showing I should get $60 points on that order. Now I have to contact them to get them to fix it.

it was only saying 480 points for the wiiU but when I did it with the regular wii it worked and gave me the 50,450 points.
it hasn’t loaded them to my account by I have the receipt where it says that I earned them, im thinking that my order has to process first.

Just an FYI Kmart has a 30 return policy on electronic items so if you buy for christmas now and want to return or exchange after Christmas you can’t because it’s after the 30 day return policy. I was going to purchase a tablet today but I am not going to take the risk.

This deal is in the weekly ad. Limit is 2. There is also a bogo deal on Swapforce and Giant figures. You need to be a syw member. You need to log onto the syw website and look for coupons. When you checkout be sure you are logged in and watch to make sure you are earning points. It’s on the right side. It shows how many points you have to use and how many you will earn. If you have surprise points, you have to redeem them at checkout with syw points. Be sure you spend a little bit of money before sales tax. You can not pay for the whole thing in points or else you will not receive points back.
In Pittsburgh, I just put the order through after many attempts. However, the bonus points (50000) expire in 90 days. Just a heads up for everyone.

Points will show up after the package ships or the store fills your order for in-store pick up and sends you “your oder is ready for pick up” email.
Weird I ordered 2 separate ones, no order confirmation for either one but went to the store and the points showed for one of them so what I bought next was free. Now checking my account points showed up again but no skylanders at all. I do not think it processed according to the order section in my account. Is that strange?

Here is what I did: Bought the one for Xbox 360. Upon checking out, redeemed $16 I had in points. It said that my purchase would earn me $60 back in points based on 315 base points and 60,000 “bonus points.” Just checked out now for store pick up – this will make for an awesome Christmas gift for my nephew!

can u get a gift receipt with this and if you do and it gets returned do they dock your reward points? I don’t want to gift it without a receipt, but don’t want them to return and get nothing or get my points taken away?
