I still have huggies wipes pending from two weeks ago.
Mine were finally approved, but another receipt submitted that day still hasn’t. Ugh.
My huggies wipes took 3 weeks to process.
Mine took that long and I bought 2 of each kind and only 1 of each kind was approved. It didn’t state a limit of one. Not happy with the ap right now.
When you navigate to the Offer Details section (by tapping an offer), listed below the item pic and description is a box that reads”What’s My Limit?” The next line on most offers state “Limit 1 redemption per person.”

I have a receipt pending from their launch date, which I believe to be the 1st week of Oct. None of my emails have been answered. They did approve some of my receipts but not for the quantities I bought (P.F Changs)…Hope you all have better luck!
Same thing happened to me. No response to emails. Only 1 of each quantity of the huggies wipes disputes it saying limit of 2. BAD COMPANY!!!!
Hi this happened to me but I noticed on my email that stated my reciepts were accepted it said to notify costumer service if amount was incorrect. I had bought 8 packs of wipes and was only credited for 4, but after I sent a quick email it was accepted and adjusted within 1 day. But I think their customer service may be hit or miss…..
I emailed them untill they finally did it .i can’t find the new offers .
They were overloaded with offers as Collin posted before. They are catching up and if you call instead of emailing you can get ahold of them right away. I called yesterday and wasn’t on hold or anything they answered right away. They said they should be approved in the next week or week and a half. Hope this helps!

I have found this snap app very frustrating. I submitted 3 receipts (huggies wipes, pf changs, and candy) well over a week ago and none have been approved then about 3 days ago I submitted the $1 for milk and it was approved within a couple hours. I also emailed the company and never got a response. I wish I knew if these were going to be approved or not.
My huggies receipt took 3 weeks to process and be approved.
I’m very frustrated with this app. I have 2 pending receipts from over three weeks ago, one they denied (for the wipes) and an amazon offer that doesn’t even show up as pending.
Buyer beware. This app has been nothing but trouble for me and hundreds of others according to their Facebook page. It’s supposed to take 48 hours to have receipts approved and some of mine have taken 18+days to go through. Then many times the items I have been bought have been denied for various reasons which takes days to contact them again. Then when you can finally cash out it can take up to 60 days to receive your check. I know they are a new company but they are having serious issues. I will not be using them again after I get my one and only $20 payout.

The thing that is bothersome is that they are not a new company, if you look in the history in the app store they have been in business since Sept 2013. They expanded but it shouldn’t be this big of a nightmare and from a business standpoint, an influx of clients (us) should have been expected.
Yeah I agree the concept is nice but it is kinda buggy. As soon as my wipes and diapers finally processed and it did take an email and 3 weeks waiting time, I cashed out ASAP. Once I get my check, which hopefully won’t take the full 60 days as mentioned, I will likely delete the app. Just bc it’s hard to not cash out till you reach 20 bucks and there aren’t enough offers to reach that amount again. I guess those with the diapers and wipes offers got lucky to hit that total relatively quickly.
Over three weeks for me as well. Just so so slow. And milk offer just became ‘all gone’ on my way to the store. (So sad!) Don’t consider the cash back from this app when you make a decision whether to buy something because you never know when you can get it back (or NEVER). If you will buy some items anyway (like banana for me), you definitely can give a try and upload your receipt. Just don’t count on that!
I used the bread offer today for whole loaf bread from my store’s bakery and didn’t have any problems. Maybe they’re just trying to work out the kinks and that’s the hold up on older receipts? If you read the fine print under questions or about policy it says that if you don’t you the app within a certain amount of time or they said you will be charged for using it later on. I’m pretty sure I read it right…I quit using it…. you can check on it for yourself though to be correct.
It will deduct from your balance but it won’t actually take money from you. You’ll just get less

Below is a copy of what the page says. I don’t think it’s too harsh – you’ll never owe money and they say they MAY deduct money from your snap account. I believe it’s to only have to keep accounts on people actually using snap
Snap is absolutely free to use. However, if you do not redeem any offers for twelve (12) consecutive months, Snap may begin charging a monthly Account Maintenance Fee, which will decrease your cash balance over time. Under no circumstances will such fees cause you to owe money to Snap; the lowest your cash balance can go is $0.00.
I’ve used it and had no problem redeeming offers, however, you do bring up a very valid point. They have the right to charge you a fee which is concerning since they do not post new offers weekly as others do. At first it’s great because you get $3 or $4 right away on common grocery items like milk and bread, but the same offers have hung around for the month I’ve had ap. it’s not one like ibotta or checkout 51 where new items are added all the time. That same milk, bread, apples, and candy offer is still hanging around and say used after a month. The only new things added in that month are 2 tostitos items. With the same offers hanging around after a month, and the good ones still saying “used” I can see the possibility of my money gained going toward “fees”. It looked great at the beginning, but I would not download it now if I knew new offers were so few and far between because you’re never going to hit that $20 in a year without new offers added on a regular basis.

It’s true they are super slow to process receipts and not the quickest to reply to emails BUT if you exercise a little patience this app is well worth it! From this app I’ve gotten .04 pull ups and .07 size 4 huggies diapers and moneymaker on huggies wipes! This app is AMAZING!!!

I agree… can not recommend this app at all. When I email them I only get an email back 3 days latersaying that they are extremely super busy unexpectedly and they will get back to me. I’m actually pretty mad at this point and it makes me sad that it will be 60 days before I get a check.

I’m really surprised to see this app advertised again..it is a nightmare. I’m on 23 days waiting for a receipt to process. There is no way to track what you have submitted within the app. It is amazing to me this app launched in this way..check 51, ibotta can be almost instant in their creditting…for it to take WEEKS is just mindboggling.
I also do not like how you cannot track your receipts. You can with the other apps. My first receipt took 3 wks to approve. Then I got 2 quick approvals on apples & bananas (like within a day) yet my receipts for Bertolli, PF Changs & Hidden Valley that I submitted prior to the produce offers, are still lingering over 2, going on 3 wks!
Very frustrating app at this point.
