Hi Collin! I actually bought two of the pink ones this week. Got them for free because of my surprise points. I was able to use my points but not the maximum, instead of 24990 points I just used 24530 and they gave me around 20000 points. =)

That’s too bad! I was able to roll the points yesterday and Tuesday, looks like they must have discontinued it.

FYI – I bought one pair of each color of headphones earlier this week. They are very small (perfect for my toddlers) but would not work for kids over 5 or 6.

No they’ve changed it. Most items won’t let you roll points at all. You always need to check the last screen before submitting the purchase.
even the last screen isn’t end all – the last time these were on this sale the last screen said that everyone who used their points would still get points. However, after pushing submit order, it would say they didn’t earn the points. I called SYW and they said they are trying to update their system so that you can never roll points. They said its in their policy that if you spend points you can not earn bonus points. They also said even if the last screen tells you you may earn those points, they are just “an estimate” and that you won’t know how many points you will actually get until submitting the order. (which is beyond ridiculous) So watch your accounts.. you may have issues if you do use points to help pay for these… just a warning!

Yes!!!!! Called in to try and get them back and they were not nice or helpful! I am not got to shop kmart deals anymore. Way more work than worth! Super disappointed! They took over $25 in points away that were not expired and said they would not give them back 🙁

Vergin, just check the point before you pay it. Also, try to capture the screen shoot before you pay it, so you have a proof incase the point not go to your account.
Has anyone else had problems just placing a simple order and using points? I have tried with a bunch of different products over the last few days. No matter what I add to my cart I get an error saying that the product isn’t sold by sears so I can’t use points. That’s if I can get into my cart at all. I tried to contact CS but was even having problems just trying to pull up online chat. Worried though by what others are saying that they will take away my points if I do contact them 🙁
I should add even products that I know for sure are sold by sears. I even tried going through local ad with products at the store- still got the error.
Thanks Collin! I have twin grandaughters and bought one of these when k mart was doing the deal. They sold out before I could get 2. I really didn’t want to pay full price for another pair so I’m glad I waited saved me $$$$!

Bought 2 pair – used points and paid $5 on cc. Got 40,000 points back. Always seems to work for me. Coupons however loaded onto my card never seem to work….

in my experience you can roll points as long as you are paying at least 0.01 cents. You can preview before you actually submit the order too to make sure you are getting the points. Just change the amount of points being used at the end
These 100% back in points deals, donot seem to roll points. Other items do roll. Depends on the deal. Enjoy the deals while Sears survives.
i did purchase the headphone and paid $0.01. Before submit it said i will earn $20 in points. Now my order has been shipped and it says i earned $0 points. I am mad….
Check your shop your way account to see if points are there, my emails have not mentioned points and I still got them. So far I have gotten points for every order ive done in the past, so im hoping I get the points for this one but just placed my order today so we will see.
Same thing happened to me as Kaylene in the post above. Much more headache than it’s worth… I ended up returning my last order as they would not credit the points even though it showed on last page as it is “only an estimate”; I did say that I would not have purchased at that price without the promo and that it was deceiving to consumers since it clearly showed I would earn the points. Everyone be warned. There’s a strong chance one may not get points if any points is used. Safer to not use points and save points for other purchases. Points rolling was great while it lasted. Points should show almost instantly after a purchase. If not, then using points was probably the reason why.
Previous one I did this on was for kmart for the same headphones, and I did pay a portion out of pocket. Perhaps this may be different. Was just a hassle since we don’t have a nearby kmart so had to ship it back. Before that, I never had any problems. We’ll see perhaps I’ll try again for sears items since there is a sears not too far.

Checked and I got my points and I rolled points I am assuming people must not be checking to make sure they are getting points before they submit the order and also are paying something out of pocket. I am so grateful for another two gifts and I paid $0.02 with rolling points.
