Hi Angela, Walgreens allows any applicable store coupon(s) AND 1 manufacture coupon on the purchase of a single item. I hope that helps. 🙂
The only catch there is that you need at least as many products as coupons. You can use two coupons on one product as long as you are buying at least two items. If you have 3 coupons, you must buy 3 things, etc. I have had times when I had more coupons than items to buy. I just pick up a cheap candy to make it work.
Hi Erin, this is the case if you’re using register rewards. However Store coupons (IVC) do not count in the coupon ratio.
For example in this weeks ad you can purchase 1 Children’s Dimetapp, use 1 manufacture coupon, the ivc from the pediatric care booklet, AND the the coupon from the November savings booklet. I hope that helps. 🙂

Hi Mel, you are able to use two DIFFERENT ivc’s. Because one is in the monthly coupon booklet and one is found in an in-store coupon booklet. They have different barcodes or coupon codes so they will both scan on one product. I hope that helps. 🙂

The 26 or 33 load bottles of Wisk are cheaper at Walmart. They are just under $5 at Walmart per bottle.
I had a rather unusual experience at my Wags (Phoenix, AZ) today. I did the Zantac deal & had 3000 pts to lower OOP cost but cashier & manager wouldn’t allow it bc store has “new policy that only allows customers to redeem their pts IF they have at least 5000 pts already loaded.” I politely asked why & manager said: “bcuz we can.” For further clarification, manager said it wasn’t right “you couponers” walk out my store paying close to nothing when we redeem between 1000-3000 pts. I thought that didn’t make any sense
you know, I had the same problem at my store with the 5000pts. I know I had 5000 pts to redeem and they wouldn’t let me use 3000 pts to reduce my bill at all. said it was all or nothing. yet recently I had 10000 pts and they asked me if I wanted to use 5000 to reduce my bill to $1.97…..maybe it has something to do with which cashier you get???? (NE PA area)
PS….I hate it when the employees act like it is their money they are giving up. In fact, it is the store that makes the sales/coupons available. why do they get so personal about it?
BR are points WE earn, why should they care when we want to redeem them in $1 or $3 increments? Who cares if it makes the transaction free or low OOP?? The store gets reimbursed from the manuf for those points anyway!
They’re making their own rules and disobeying corporate policy. This is why some people do not shop with Walgreens.
There is $1/1 Skippy coupon in my 11/2 SS! On the balance rewards, can you get more than 1 reward in a transaction?
jenny you are correct! Last week’s SWEET deal on CapriSun was buy 2, earn 2000 pts. If I bought 4 in 1 transaction, then I’d get 4000 pts, 6 boxes would get me 6000 pts, etc. You can earn as many points in one transaction unless store puts a limit. HTH

Cashiers are so rude. I will never forget the time that the cashier told me that I (couponers) was the reason that prices have gotten so high and it isn’t fair that couponers can get products so cheap.
I have 2 Walgreen by my house, in one of them my friends work in her store they are all nice and they even tell me about the deals, in the other one they are very rude, but my friend told me that when a cashier is rude or they don’t want to help i have to ask for the manager because their priority is customer service, sometimes i feel bad for the cashier if i call the manager , but they don’t get pay for being rude or make that kind of comment.
Next time, tell them coupons are available to anyone and all people have the right to use coupons to save money. The store gets reimbursed for the coupons as if they were cash. So they are basically fibbing.
I did the Aveeno deal today and got back a $3 RR from Aveeno! So my two bottles of lotion were a 50 cent moneymaker! And I got another $2 off Aveeno Eczema Therapy coupon. It was my first time to coupon at Walgreens in months! Was a little rocky at one point, but scoring the $3 RR surprise changed my mind a little!
For the Sally Hansen gel nail polish–can we use two coupons, since it is on sale for buy one, get one 59% off? If it was buy one, get one free, I know we can now use only one coupon.
