   I’ve been reading on other sites that even though it says only new customers, ‘old’ customers can get and use the voucher as well. I have a previous woot account and got a voucher but haven’t tried to use it yet… Anyone else out there tried?

   I used a voucher the last time they had $10 off $25 purchase and it worked just fine. I have had a woot account for a while.

   I had a Woot account for almost 7 years or so, recently had them fully deactivate and delete it. Worst customer service experience from any online company I’ve ever experienced. Just FYI…they don’t care about customer retention at all. 🙁
