The coupon that came with it could be easily mistaken as one of those credit card terms of agreements vouchers. It was thin, and folded like a brochure.

Yes! I received this yesterday and already used mine in store today. I got 3 tank tops @ $2.97 and polo shirt @ $1.99 for my son next year. Paid a couple of dollars out of pocket after coupon. AWESOME, especially since I did not get the shop your way email with the surprise points. Made me feel better, lol.
Got it. Have to use it today or tomorrow cause I am headed to germany to see my mother on Thursday. Might find something to wear…..

How could I sign up for in mail coupons?
When u sign up for a credit card they automatically start sending them if u have a credit card but still don’t receive them I would go online and make sure ur account info is all up to date. Hope that helps 🙂
I don’t have a credit card through them and never had one in the past. I get them all the time. I am a member of their portraits club maybe that’s how I get them.
I don’t have their credit card or portrait club membership and I get that coupon.

We have heard your input that the current coupon exclusion strategy for Big Buys and Doorbusters is negatively impacting the Customer Experience in our Stores. In response to this feedback, we are excited to announce that effective tomorrow, 11/5, Big Buys and Doorbusters will no longer be excluded from coupons.

The coupon you access from jcp.com no longer has the doorbusters/big buys listed under the exclusions. I used it today on 2 pairs of jeans clearly labeled Big Buy, and it does work.
I don’t see there being an issue. It will be company wide. The current coupons do still have the verbiage on them but still should work at the registers. To be safe maybe give it a day or to to make sure all the employees have time to be aware of it.
Was the $10 off of $10 on the outside of the flyer? I’m wondering if it “disappeared” accidentally? Just a thought. I received the $10 off $25 and the 25% off coupons.
My mailer had a $10 off $10 purchase coupon that said it was good in store or online. I jotted down the online code and recycled the coupon (duh! I know, but I have a newborn and shopping online is easier…) I just went to shop online and the site is not accepting the code “JUST 4U”. Did I write it down wrong? Anyone else have the online code?

I received mine also, however I have a story I didn’t see on here yet. Got some clothes for my youngest on clearance for Christmas. But when I went and checked out, while it took my 10.00 off, they charged me a 3.95 “handling” fee! Even though I ordered it to be picked up at my store. I have to say I haven’t shopped jcp online and am quite disappointed about being charged a fee to pick up my order.
Spent $5.39 – Saved $89.03! – Got 3 NEW shirts! They were each marked down to 4.99 on clearance and then used by $10/$10. Yay! New clothes for less than it costs to buy lunch! 🙂

I have tried and tried to buy something with my $10 coupon. What can I buy?
The $10 off $10 or more coupon did not work and it had not been used but the man at the register said it was. But I know for a fact I hadn’t used it
I tried to use the coupon on a few Joe fresh t shirts on clearance and the coupon wouldn’t work. I asked why and they said maybe the brand… I read the coupon and it wasn’t a brand being excluded. They were unwilling to help me understand. Don’t be surprised if your coupon randomly doesn’t work. I guess all exclusions aren’t listed.
Seems like alot of people are having problems with these coupons working.
