Are the wallflowers $3 in the store, or is this deal only online?

    • KcD

      In store, too!!

  2. cpa4life

Thanks, I grabbed 10. I love using these around the holidays and when guests are staying with us. They are great in the bathroom, guest bedrooms, and common areas. I haven’t bought a bad smelling one yet. $2.17 each is a good price for having them shipped to your door.

  3. Lisa

I love wallflowers but unfortunately after it caused a fire at my best friends house I never use them. Just FYI for those to be careful.

    • Barb J

I stopped using them for that very reason because I was told they can start fires.

      • L

Lisa & Barb….Any more information you can provide about the fires? Links or anything? Thanks!

  4. Jennifer Brown

Anything can start a fire. Candles, stove, dryer, etc. Just like anything else, you just have to keep an eye on things. I love these wallflowers!

    • Jamie

So do you unplug them every time you leave the house?

      • Amber

I do Jamie! I have 3 in my house and pull them out before I leave the house every morning. Just a word of caution: make sure they are in a out of the way corner and propped up so they don’t tip over. I had one leak out the top when it fell on its side.

Might be a bit of a pain…but am paranoid about fires with my 2 fur-babies in the house all day, so 100% worth it to me.

  5. Karen

Do they know how it caused the fire? Was it too close to something?

  6. Dolly M.

They also have the Holiday Traditions Bucket for $35 and the code works on it!!!! So only $25 😉

  7. Lisa

The fire department determined it sparked inside wallflower which was in the wall. They said it’s very common with these just not well publicized. I was disappointed I really liked the smell they put off.

Do the plugs themselves ever go on sale? I’d love to use these as teacher gifts if I can get the total cost (fragrance + plug) down.

    • Karen

The seasonal ones go on sale after it has passed, the normal decorative ones rarely do though. If you’re getting the fragrances on sale and using the code you could count that $10 promo as getting a free holder.

I think a lot of things cause fires. My toasted caught fire 3 days ago thankfully I was in the house and able to stop it. I only have a damaged counter. I love the wallflowers. I haven’t had issues with them getting hot. I have however had my glad plug ins get hot. I understand your reasoning for not purchasing but they smell soo good.

  10. Abby S.

Thanks for posting about the bucket, Molly! I got one! Also, for people concerned about fires – I think that was years ago and they have fixed the issue. I use these all over my home, and they are awesome. The Glade brand actually hurts my sinuses, and these do not. Still wondering about the actual plugs going on sale – so if anyone has a heads up or can remember from years past, please post.

    • Katherine

Is $4.50 a good deal? When I was checking out online just now, there were a few that came up as a last minute add on for $4.50 each. I do agree with you regarding the plug ins, ever since they came out years ago (including Glade, Febreeze, etc), there is a warning regarding fires. Anything plugged into an outlet has a risk of catching fire. Keep the plug in clean, make sure the outlet is wired properly (and not old wires etc) and all should be well.

  16. heather

marshmallow fireside is by far my favorite too. I would have never even thought to try it had i not smelt it in a friends house!

  17. MiisNoel

I smelled Marshmallow Fireside for the first time this weekend. It is awesome for this time of year! But, I fell in LOVE with the Sparkling Snow scent and ‘Tis The Season! I am hoping I can snag a couple candles when they go on sale. *fingers crossed*

  18. Lindsay Salazar

I just submitted my order thinking everything went through just fine and one of the wallflowers ended up being out of stock so they charged me shipping! Five dollars more than I authorized and one less wallflower. Has anyone else had this happen?

  19. Michell
