Is there a limit on how many gift cards? I was hoping to buy a few for my business.

Pay $217.99 and get a $125 gift card. $92.99 after gift card!!!

The Dell website says that the $479 price is after the $220 savings, making the tv $479 not $279, what am I missing?

    • Brandi

The $200 egift card you get after purchase.

I’m with you – even the picture on the page shows that it’s $699 – $220 gift card that will be mailed to you in 10-20 days and that’s how you get the $479 price. Has anyone actually got this tv for $479 AND a gift card mailed?

      • faye999

Add the TV to your cart. You will see the $220 discount applied, so the price paid is $479. Then, it says a $200 Dell e-gift card will be emailed to you in 10 to 20 days.
***Receive a $200 Dell PROMO eGift Card with this purchase sent via email in 10-20 days.
So, Collin’s calculation is correct. I hope that helps.

        • Ray

It’s $479 and the $200 gift card will come in an email. I’ve already done this for 2 other promos from Dell and can confirm it works.

Wish this wasn’t price after GC

So, we pay $479 (after $220 discount) AND we’ll get a $200 eGift card later in email??? This just sounds too good to be true. And how do we know we’ll get a $200 eGift card?

    • kerryiu

Also, is the $220 considered the eGift card? The red statement at checkout is confusing! It says “receive a $200 Dell PROMO…” but to the right of it show’s $220. Help! I’m looking for a 45″+ TV and this seems like a good price for one! TIA

  7. Tamara

Is the gift card only good for Dell products?

  8. hc

I got to the payment page and it said the total was $526.85. No mention of future mailing of a eGift card. You could pay with a gift card, so I’m really wondering about this promo now. Don’t want to get stuck paying that amount.

FYI card will expire in 90 days

” Is the Dell promo eGift card* a promo gift card?
Yes, it is a promo gift card, which means it expires in 90 days and cannot be combined. However, you can use up to 2 Dell promo egift cards as a form of payment via phone sales.”

It is legit!! I called to confirm and representative gave me an additional 5% discount placing order over the phone!☺️

Did anybody receive the gift card ? I am still waiting for it .

  12. Amanda

I have had horrible time with their customer service and have still not received my gift card. That last one was kind of rude. It has been 21 days since it shipped and the fine print said 10-20days . They keep assuring me I would have in time for this weekend sales. Very disappointed. I will never purchase from Dell again, all of their customer servce is in India and they are not helpful, in fact, they never resolve anything just make a note and say they sent in a report. I call back two days later and nothing has been done.

I am also waiting for the $200 e-gift card and it is day 22. This is a bummer and I’m now thinking that it was a mistake on their website that they have no intention of honoring.

    • Amanda M

HI Lisa, we received an email response to our complaint that supposedly we will receive the gift card in 3+-5 business days. I will keep you posted. I am not holding my breath.

  14. Deeds

I have yet to receive $200 e-gift card. Customer service says I should get a response in 3-5 business days. What’s our recourse if we don’t receive?

    • Amanda M

I finally received mine today after threatening to return the TV. On Thursday I had I looked online and sent both a facebook fan complaint form, chatted again with customer service, and responded to a previous email from their customer service. I got a response from all three and two of the response state they had submitted a ticket to the gift card department. I stated the the same on all, If I don’t get it by this weekend I am returning the TV. Just be very persistent.

I filled out this form as it will escalate the issue and got a quick response.

      hopefully this helps.

I ordered my TV on Nov 10th – I received my $200 today. I never called and complained or anything. Honestly, I’ve been meaning to and keep forgetting! I was very surprised to see it today in my e-mail!
