Not taking my chance of getting the order cancelled, but yesterday I was a jcp and they had lots of sets or individual dolls.
I think it was an error from their part 9.99 is too good to be true the single dolls at store are $12 plus right now they have a % off don’t remember what is was.
I call corporate they will respect the price since is online … I order mine!!

How do these dolls compare to Sparkle Anna and Elsa dolls? I know the JCP Disney stuff (Toy Story, specifically) tends to be lower quality, but not sure about these dolls. Any thoughts?

Will JcPenny stores price match their online prices?? It appears that many stores have these dolls in stock, but not sure for what price?
They are ringing up $22.50, but I showed them the online price from the jcpenney website and they honored it!
I went in Manhattan, they had in stock at $22.50, however the supervisor told me they do not price match:-(
Same here, they would not honor the online price. They said it was a ‘seperate entity’ and I tried to get them to honor the price by having them ring it up online instore and get them to ship to store, but it wasn’t ringing up $9.99 and they said it was a ‘doorbuster’ deal. 🙁
It let me get all the way through the checkout process, but shipping is $8.95 (they do not have free ship to store). They do sell these in store, so I’ll take my chances that they still have them in stock like the web site says they do.
I was able to get the ‘free’ ship to store, however, they charged me a handling fee of $3.95. It will be available to pick up in 4-7 business days. My total after the handling fee and taxes was $15.19. Still not a bad price and my 5yr old niece will love this set! Also don’t forget to go through ebates or shopathome (every little bit of cashback counts).
Fyi, I just called to see what was the deal with the $3.95 handling fee. The lady on the phone said that it is applied if your order is under $25. I didn’t ask but she offered to remove it this one time. Good luck everyone and THANK YOU COLLIN from me and my going to be super happy niece.
I ordered these last time the deal was posted about a month ago and my Anna/Elsa dolls got cancelled, but I did get Princess Aurora/Prince for $9.99! I was just able to order Anna/Elsa again so we’ll see what happens!

Just FYI. My order was cancelled last time. I keep getting an email saying they are backordered. And then I get another email following saying they are in stock. It’s been like this for two weeks and I have been calling EVERY morning when I drop the kids off for school. No one can locate these dolls. Online customer serve doesn’t have a clue and it shows they are in stock at my stores, but the employees can’t find them anywhere!
Ah phooey! Ok, then I will not get too excited about this one until they are ready for pick-up. Thanks for the heads up.
Update**I went to my store today and they A TON on the shelf. Since I had ordered two that got cancelled, I grabbed two and headed over to customer service. I showed them my cancellation due to it being out of stock, and they let me do it in store for the same price that was cancelled! Whoop whoop! I needed that 🙂
So, if your store has it and you have your online order confirmation and cancellation email, try it in store!
I called customer service and was able to order the dolls and pay via the phone. She even waived the shipping fee. Worth a try!
I got the message today that my order has been cancelled. Hope at least somebody got these dolls 🙁

I called ahead to my store and they said that they would honor the price if I had a print out or phone. I went in and they were fully stocked and didn’t even ask for proof! I told a friend an she went to a different JCP and they said they would not change the price. I would just call ahead and check it out. Good luck!

I paid $15.09 with tax , with ship to store. I don’t know the quality ,but compared with the $24.95 single Elsa doll priced at Toysrus, this is a good deal!
mine were cancelled last time so I called to reorder them two days later because they were mysteriously in stock, no questions asked they adjusted the price to the sale price and expressed them to me so I would have in time for a birthday party! They were delivered and are good quality so if your order is cancelled wait a day and call them, just explain it was cancelled saying out of stock now available.

They cancelled my order last time, BUT I called to ask why and mentioned I was a long time customer & card holder, and they found dolls got me, PLUS upgraded me to free shipping. It never hurts to try 🙂
The last time, I was able to order even after others said they were gone. I expected it to be cancelled though. And guess what? Last week I got the cancellation email. Oh well. Than on Wednesday I got another email saying my order was ready to be picked up?? I checked my account, sure enough I had been charged and than called and I have a package to pick up. It’s so weird but could be bad since I didn’t plan on that money coming out since I got the cancellation email. So order with caution just to be sure!

I called my local store as I searched and it said they had it in stock. I asked them to hold two of the Frozen and two Sleeping Beauty. Gifts for my daughter and nieces. They said I can pick them up anytime today. The lady on the phone said they do holds like this all the time, as long as you pick up that day, no problem and then I can make sure I like them and then pay when I am there.
I called my local Jcp in olympia washington and they said they would honor the online price. I headed over to the store and got the dolls for 9.99. Great Deal! Thanks Collin 🙂

I saw the same thing and called customer service and they were not helpful, Customer service said they couldn’t see the 9.99 price. it is the same way with sleeping beauty doll. In my cart it says original price 25 sale price 9.99 total 25. My jcpenney wouldn’t price match. Tried to price match this morning and they said they don’t match their online price.
