When I look at any of these headphones deals, the amount of points I’m offered back is way less than Collin says. This set, for example, says I will only get $1.50 back in points for buying. Anybody else having this problem?

you can only roll in store?
each item depends on the rolling ability – SYW claims that no points can roll technically, but I have found where deals do work as long as you pay something oop. I usually only like to do this online though. That way I can *usually* see before hitting submit… At the store you risk losing out on bonus points because you won’t know until after you pay. But I can guarantee you if you try to roll your points on this, even in the store you won’t get the bonus points back if you pay with points because this deal is 100% back in points, so if you only spend $5oop after points, you will only get $5 back – does that make sense?
Also, add a small filler item (like a $0.75 candle) and you can use your $10 back on $30 coupon – making the $29.99 ones a $10 Money Maker!!!

There must be a limit for this brand. I did two of the earlier headphones, when I log in the blue/gray one reduces to $20.60 back in points
I’m having the same problem. I ordered two pairs earlier as well and its only reflecting $20.60 back in points.
I tested this out on several other “SYW exclusives” with bonus points and many others are doing the same thing. They don’t give the entire bonus points after the item has been added to cart, even if you don’t redeem any points. Weird! Must be their way of trying to keep people from earning too many points…
I bought 2 for 20 each. Total: $40. Then I used $10 back in points when you spend 30. I got $50 back in points.
Does anyone know if you can use your surprise points to pay for this and still earn your shopyourway reward? I have $20.00 in surprise points to use and I’m not sure how that works as I have never used surprised points before. Thanks!
No you can not use any points to buy these or you will not get points back – but $20 in surprise points is awesome! Just make sure to spend them before they expire!!

i also have 20 in suprise points and when i put headphones in cart and hit cart it shows that my point will be used and i will get $39 in points. So does this not happen once i approve this.
yeah, once you go to the final checkout page and hit redeem points, even if you change them and spend $0.01 oop, look at how many points you will earn and it will say 0…

it is an individual code for your Show You Way Rewards membership – if you have a shop your way # you should be able to go to the link in the other Kmart headphone deal that Collin posted today to find the coupon and click to add it to your account
if it doesn’t automatically appear when you go to check out, then browse the coupons in your SYW account and copy and paste the coupon number that is in the “details” tab

Question? I purchased 2 for $59.98 and applied a $10 back on $30 coupon. My points total showed $69.98 I double checked to make sure I was logged in to SYW and placed the order yet my Kmart receipt says now states points earned and my SYW account shows no added points either. What should I do? tia

Hi steve, did you use any points to pay for this item?? If not, you will definitely need to call SYW and have them fix it. They should be able to see that this item is offering back those points, plus inform them you used a coupon. *usually* they are really good to fix it. (they most likely will tell you to wait 7-10 days, but if your order has already shipped you should already have your points. the 7-10 days is just an excuse on their part)
Whenever I do a deal on Kmart or Sears I *always* take a screen shot of my cart total and points total at the very end. That way when problems like this happen, you have proof and they have to honor it…

II did the earlier headphone deal. My points showed up in my account immediately after I received the “your order is ready for pick up email”.
I just got this tablet for $17.52 (used $34.03 in points, $5 off for $50 purchase, $10 in point for $50 purchase) and earned $30.26 in point back. So it cost me about $21 since I redeemed $34 in point and only get $30 in point back. Pretty good price for a tablet.

I bought 2 using SYWR points and Sears gift cards that I bought from Rite Aid and I got all the points. I got a $10 UP reward for buying a $50 Sears gift card. It is part of the RIte Aid weekly deal. I also used the 10,000 SYWR points when you purchase $30 coupon. I did 2 separate transactions and just added a cheap item to reach $30. I was told that the limit for this deal is 2 per SYWR account. 🙂

I purchased the 20$ headphone , 9.99 kitchen item and 1.99 kitchen item . When I ordered and payed through my card it said I have 30.10$ in points . But I can’t see any points when I checked back in my account . Does it take time or should I call customer serv ?? Tia
You should check back today. If your order has shipped then your points should be there. If it has shipped and you have no points, go to your order center and see what your order confirmation says. If it says you did officially earn the points, i would give it the day and then call if you don’t have them by tomorrow. If it doesn’t say you earned the points, you should probably call right away. They seem to be having issues with this $29.99 pair… But they should see that you should have gotten the points on their end and will hopefully fix it for you right away.

It should – but if you order online you can choose in store pickup – then you can also earn cash back on the purchase through ShopatHome or Ebates!
