What SZ are you wearing Colin?!

    • Ash

      She must be wearing small.

    • nicolegammeter

      I’m wearing a small. 🙂

  2. Diane

Can you buy the scarf without buying the tshirt? (It is really cute!)

    • Barb J

I was thinking the same thing. 🙂

    • allison

I tried searching for the scarf and it came up as 2.99. Added it to my cart and it would disappear and say you have no items in your cart. Bummer!

    • Diane

P.S. I’m not looking to get if for 2.99 without buying the tshirt. I’m just wondering if I can buy it on its own. Thanks!

  3. Alan

Love a lot of your deals… but $16 for a t-shirt isn’t one. This looks like something you would see at old navy (which i love) for $5

    • Jennifer

      Totally agree!

    • Mary

Agreed completely. This is a horrible deal. Is Collin getting endorsements to advertise for Cents of Style?

      • Karen

I was wondering if Cents of Style is paying to advertise as well. While some of the items are cute I don’t think a single of their posts has been a deal at all.

        • Bobby

If she is getting paid to advertise it worries me because then I find it harder to distinguish which deals posted are actually ‘deals.’

          • meg

Doesn’t it all come down to what is a good deal to “you”? I don’t rely on anyone else to hold my hand and tell me this is a great deal so buy it! Things are put out there for us to decide if we want it or not. It’s a “choice” to do a deal or not and its certainly not anyone’s job to distinguish for you what is a deal.

            • Amiee

Its not about hand holding. That’s just condescending. It’s about wondering if something really is a good deal (quality, comparison prices, etc) or if it’s being promoted because of another kind of incentive. I’m not saying she doesn’t have a right to do so just saying there are two sides.

            • crissy

Do you really think she wouldn’t be paid from some of these companies? How do you think she affords her giveaways and all the wonderful things she does for us readers? Come on, she deserves every “kickback” she gets. She does an excellent job of bringing us wonderful deals!

            • meg

Amiee…everything that she does on a daily basis..all the deals..the videos..giveaways..how she promotes ethical couponing…and on and on. And you are wondering if she posts these deals just to get a kickback? She has stated before that she buys their products and loves the quality. Geeze.

      • meg

Really??? Not every single deal is going to be dirt cheap or free! It may be a deal to someone else. How about being grateful for everything she does on this blog? Not every deal appeals to me but I just go about my day without snippy comments.

        • Cathy

I agree with you Meg and I also love it when she shares things that she really loves, because I tend to love similar things. My biggest disappointments usually come from the cheap stuff anyway.

          • PM

Right! Agreed! Quality is important, too. Obviously if she is wearing it, it isn’t made of tissue paper. And she likes it, and she’s sharing that with us!

      • Guest

I’m think so too! Which is great, it’s collins site, but the deals don’t seem good to me!

      • Amiee

I think with all of the recent Cents of Style posts it’s clear there is some kind of deal. I’ve never ordered the shirts (and personally wouldn’t pay that much for that kind of shirt) the other stuff I have ordered has been really hit or miss quality-wise.

        • meg

So what if there is some “kind of deal”. What does that have to do with anything?
It’s her blog. Don’t do the deal..simple really.

    • nicolegammeter

I understand that every deal that’s posted on the site isn’t going to be appealing to everyone, that’s why I strive to post an assortment of deals. This deal in particular… Well, I personally really like. I have a hard time finding tees like this that fit really well and so I’m willing to pay a bit more when I find one that does. Old Navy tees for example don’t fit quite right on me… however, they may fit great on you and if that’s the case, definitely pay the lower Old Navy price.

Personally, I love shopping on Cents of Style and think the exclusive deals we try to put together for you all – rock! 🙂 If you are not in agreement, just skip over these posts. I love that I can snag super cute scarves on their site for under $5, great buys on jewelry, Sweaters and cardigan etc for under $20 and more! It’s fun to accessorize outfits and even more fun accessorizing them on the cheap!

Are these items Nordstrom quality, of course not… but you also aren’t paying the Nordstrom price tag – which I love!

      • Tasha

Well said! Thanks for everything that you do.

  4. Maria

can anyone vouch for the quality of their merchandise? I feel like I could find better deals on better quality items at tjmaxx.

  5. Cathy

I have several of the cents of style shirts, and I love them. They wash very well and they fit well, very flattering. Not everything is a steal, but I love these for this price, cute gift ideas too. Thanks Collin!

  6. Lindsay

I LOVE these shirts! I have the one from Cents of Style that says Friday I’m In Love and it’s my favorite Friday shirt (obviously!). Old Navy’s got nothing on the unique styles, fast and FREE shipping, and quality you get from Cents of Style. I order from them all the time. This is a great deal. Thanks Collin!

  7. Rachael

I have been very happy with my purchases from cents of style and have a few of these word shirts on the wish list that I gave my hubby. I will take this shirt over a $5 shirt from Old Nay any day…. Old Navy shirts have holes after two washes.

    **PLEASE READ!**
I want to warn everyone when trading here on hip2save as well has other coupon sites. I recently traded an LL bean code and I was scammed! I’m not mad I lost the ll bean code, that’s nothing out of my pocket. But I was trading for a $10 Gymboree code for clothes for a child I sponsor in an childrens home in Honduras. So this person didn’t steal from me- they stole from a 3 year old child who has nothing! I just want to tell everyone think twice before trading, there are nasty people out there!

    • meg

I have always been afraid to do this. Sad there are people out there that steal and cheat.

  9. niki

same thing happened to me from trading my 100 minuted phone card for a victoria secret card..i see her name on her often asking for trades and confronted her about it but she denied it

    • Kristen

Name is Kevin Mudrak! Be careful!!

      • Kristen

Goes by the name “Tara” on hip2save

  10. Tasha

Collin I am so happy that you showed us this sight. I love Graphic tees and love the unusual sayings. I have several of these tees and they wash well. I hang my up to dry. I haven’t had a problem with them. I really want this one, but I will wait until later. I have a lot of Christmas shopping to do and cannot afford to splurge on myself right now.
Keep postings these deals! Hopefully, I can catch the next tshirt deal!
