When I log in, it states that I can get 1 GB extra this billing cycle and a bonus 1 GB next cycle! 😄

I got that too!! I think the most exciting part was realizing I’ll have extra data to shop from my phone on black Friday while I’m waiting in line at a store!!!
I signed on the other day to pay my bill and I have 6gb per month it said I now can have 10 at same price.
I was given a 1GB upgrade thru the end of my current billing cycle and also the next billing cycle. Awesome sauce!
Call and request more data for the same price you pay now. I’m not talking about the 1GB. I now have 8 and pay the same.
We had 10 gigs shared and they increased us to 15 for the same price as 10 per month.
When I logged in it said nothing.
Go to plan then change features than it should show you data you have and what is offed at same price. Hope this helps 😊
