I think it’s more that they are back in stock. They are hard to find.
Any discount on this is a good discount since it keeps selling out!! This and the Glitter Glider Castle have been ridiculous. Finally got Elsa with free shipping from Walmart for $28.88 a few weeks ago.
On black friday they are the same price
I bough mine last week from kmart. It was $34.99 but I used $10 in points and $5 Sears surprise card that was posted a couple of weeks ago. Picked up same day in the store and only paid about $21 after tax. Cheaper than Black Friday.
If you wait until Tuesday and spend $50 you get the Sing-Along DVD for free as well.

There is also a toddler Elsa, they are less then the older Elsa. I’ve been holding out for a 20.00 deal, but I better not wait to long!

Got one this morning for my Granddaughter, free shipping & used my red card for another discount.
I got this for about $22 with the 25% coupon before it expired. They were hard to find.
I originally ordered from Walmart pick up in store then order was cancelled due to lack of stock, then I tried to get at target online when it was 28.89 price cut sold out online and they store told me they had it went there and they held the wrong item, no store in state had it…I went to TRU to price match not one store in state had it…called TRU customer service they price matched online and $49 or more free shipping so I bought 2 to get the free shipping…just happy I got it my daughter is expecting santa to get it!
Goodwill store had it for ten dollars and it was from target because it had the barcode brand new too!

I went to my local Walmart here in Boulder, CO…I called and had the girl look to see if they had it…she said they were out, then said she could scan the barcode and see if there was any in back, and I got the LAST one!!=D super excited, went and picked it up for $28.88!
