I bought this Elsa dress for my daughter for Halloween (only it didn’t have the necklace and bracelet with it when I ordered). I love it! Very nice compared to the other Elsa dresses I saw in the stores (and they were much more expensive too!). I recommend this dress!
I ordered the Elsa dress for my daughter’s frozen birthday party this weekend. It did not come with the necklace and bracelet when I ordered either. I contacted Amazon and initially they offered me a 40% refund for the missing items or I would return the dress. I wrote them and told them I would accept the 40% off refund. They then contacted me again and told me they would refund me the full price of the purchase and I could keep the dress. Talk about good customer service! And my daughter loves the dress!

I still haven’t received and was looking into it today. I cant remember what site this was ordered from and couldn’t find record of it in my email. Did anyone received the dress yet or receive a confirmation.
actually just found my order it was from Light In The Box. I tracked the order and it sais it was delivered yesterday which I still have nothing. Also the picture of dress that was shipped is totally different than what I ordered. Cant wait to see if I actually receive anything and curious what was shipped. Good luck everyone.
I have not gotten either dress and its getting annoying because I wanted them before Christmas.
I received the Anna dress after a month of waiting. Its smells like gasoline even after 3 days of hanging outside. description said cotton, its low grade polyester. Reviews said high quality, its complete garbage, I would never put this on any child. I requested a refund from LIB. This outsourcing is why I don’t shop Amazon, lesson learned.
