Be cautious of some ebay purchases, especially those coming directly from Hong Kong or China. Many of these are knock offs and poor quality.
Anyone do business with this company before? (I’ve never heard of it.)
I did once. Never again. I received the item, however it was NOT the brand listed when I ordered it, it was a cheap version (package had no brand on it at all) that I could have gotten at the dollar store for much less.

It is similar but not the same one as on Amazon. The one on Amazon, Umbra is said to be the original with 39 clear pockets and 24 Velcro loops. I am sure the quality is better, but hey for $5 bucks I am willing to give this one a try. I am in for two, one for my daughters jewelry and the other for my baby girls clips and hair bands.
