No, either one or the other. I had the 30% off in my cart, then tried the 10 off 30. Now I can’t get the 30% off back in the cart. (Can’t take out the other coupon!) Gave up, will go back in awhile and work on that!

yes i did have the same problem, after trying couple times it told me that one of the item in the card was out of stock the store i choose. Then i change the another store and it worked.
Mine ended up going through when I removed one item that I decided I didn’t want, so maybe that was the issue.
Usually this happens when the product is out of stock and their site hasn’t updated to reflect that yet.

This morning I bought the Men’s Huffy Superia bike for $49.99 for my husband’s Christmas gift. I was able to ‘load’ 2 coupons onto my shopyourway reward, one for $10 off $50 Sporting Goods and one for $10 in rewards when you spend $50. Of course the bike is $.01 off, so I added in a $12.99 Worldlock Bike lock. My total ended up being $52.99 with the coupon, and I earned $10 in rewards points for my next purchase… which will probably be a bike helmet, haha. Picked it up an hour later in store (shipping wasn’t available, for some reason). I was supposed to get the boxed bike, but they gave me a fully assembled bike. I’m not complaining though, since I’m 8 months pregnant. Saves me alot of time and hassle.

I just hate Kmart and Sears shopping online. I signed in, added the games to my cart and instead of $4.99 they were $11.99. I tried signing in again because that’s always tricky for them. Nope. I tried taking one out because I thought I read somewhere it was a limit of one. Nope. I then tried to chat, after waiting 15 minutes for an agent I missed it when she finally signed on, chat disconnected. Finally called customer service. No, even though it says they’re on special for SYW members, they aren’t, according to the rep. Either they aren’t in stock- no, my store has them- or it’s a limited quantity- doesn’t say that anywhere- or it’s no longer valid- no, today is the 23rd, isn’t it? I even showed her on 2 pages where it gave details of the sale. After repeating all of the above 3 times I finally just asked to speak with a supervisor. Waited 10 minutes, the same rep comes on and says as a special courtesy she’ll do it for me this one time only! Yeah, giving an advertised sale price is a courtesy! So she adjusts the price but then it won’t take my points. She has to adjust the price back up, use my points and then refund the difference back to my account! Who wants to bet that I’ll never see those points back?

I am always do frustrated worth kmart yet i always go back, I must like misery! They’re customer service people are nice but they don’t have a clue, no sale ever works fully, they cancel orders without telling you, I’m currently fighting them because my site to Store is ‘lost’. It’s insane. I have my items ready to go right now and of course the sale isn’t showing for me either and I don’t have the patience to fight with them today. It’ll all be somewhere else for this price I’m sure.
Does anyone have an actual ad or proof of these prices? I tried to purchase the Northwest folding tables this morning but the price went back up to 49.99. Customer service would not adjust the price because I didn’t have the ad (or anywhere to direct them online) as proof of the price.
