Hello. I have $20 surprise points with no restrictions. Every time I try to check out my points won’t come up. How do you use surprise points?
You have to click to redeem and then enter your pin ( most of the time it’s your zip)
I am pretty sure that the $20 surprise points is off of $100 purchase of anything. I thought the same and had to hunt for the details in my account.
I found when I tried to get stuff that gave you points I couldn’t get the points. I ended up with a pair of boots that had no points attached with purchase and my $20 came up.
I can’t seem to figure out how to redeem my surprise points in the store, but I can always use them online… so I just order what I want online and have it shipped to my local store. ?? Hope this helps.
Kmart has some GREAT deals, but boy is it a challenge figuring it all out!

its on their weekly ad. It’s prestige elite 7″. They have a bigger one 10.1″ for 99.99 also with $20 in points plus free accessory kit. Hope that helps

Is anyone else having trouble placing an order?? At payment page & it wont go through. Even called 800 # and wastes 20 min with no help…frustrated!!
I just got the basketball hoop (paid 20 bucks for it at Kmart earlier this month–so gonna take the other one back and save some $$) and it was also charging me the full price ($39.99) even though I had already signed in UNTIL I got to the very last page on the order form and entered my Member # in the Redeem/Apply SWR points box next to the Gift Card box. Once I did that, it took the order down to the right Member price of $9.99. So some of you that were also having trouble might wanna try that and see if it works for you, too!
Just wondering how long it takes for them to show I used my points,I bought a tree yesterday and paid $78 of it with points and they are still showing in my account? My other orders has deducted as soon as I picked up the product.thanks

I want the basketball hoop but shipping is just as much as the hoop 🙁 I tried the Shop Your Way thing but it kept trying to add the $30 to my order even though it says it’s free for 3 months and then $30 if you don’t cancel. I’m bummed cause the nearest store is over 100 miles away but I want that hoop — just can’t afford that shipping charge.

The two $10 off $50 coupons aren’t showing up for me. Are they specific to each member or do they only offer so many? The only coupon it’s showing me is $10/$40 in jewelry. I’m interested in the bike.
Different accounts get different coupons. A lot of them are based on past purchases. The jewelry ones seem to be the ones everyone gets. :/

I was hoping to get a SCHWINN Cruiser on sale since yesterday, but they never posted any deal. They supposed to be $129 on Black Friday (the ones that have gears), but I just want a regular one and crossing my fingers that they are included 🙁
