Anyone have a review of these towels? Thank you! 🙂

    • Sarah

We recently got these towels, and I’m happy with them. They are thin so they get wet fast. We have spent $20 a towel in past, getting the “best” we could and other towels would take forever to dry off (even making the room smell like mildew), wouldn’t dry you off, or not last through laundering them. For the money I say they are very worth it, my only complaint is that try are thin and so they “feel” cheap, but they are!

    • Chelsey L.

I have these and absolutely love them!

    • Kristin

I bought a bunch of white ones a couple years ago and am still using them. Definitely not fluffy, but gets the job done and with how fast my family goes through towels, it’s nice to have a nice supply ready. I bleach them regularly and they’ve held up well.

    • silhouette74

I bought these offline last time there was a deal on them and immediately returned them. They were thin and rough. I like nice quality towels and these definitely were not IMHO. I heard they have had some older models that were better quality and they changed to these ones.

    • Shonda

Check out the reviews on Kohls.com. Lots of bad reviews, apparently something has changed and now they’re thin and shed a TON of lint. I’ll pass…

  2. Kristen

I thought they feel apart easy. Ps all kohls Black Friday prices are live!

  3. Emonte

I love these towels. I purchased some in 2009 and I’m just now replacing them. I purchase them in white so I can bleach them.

    • Hollie

Just a warning they aren’t the same quality as the old ones! I used to love these towels until my recent order and they weren’t the same!

Off topic…. I really need a nice Christmas tree this year. Do you guys know about any black friday deals for a Christmas tree? Thanks a lot!

    • Erin

I just bought a nice tree at Target all their trees are 50% off this week. Michaels also has nice trees 50-60% off, they have a few BF deals you can look at the flyer online.

      • Just Me

Joann’s has a 60% off. I didn’t look at details but got an email

    • bernadett20

Target had the. 50 percent off now.. online too

    • MommySpendsLess

I agree on Target. I’ve been watching their Virginia pine for two years hoping to catch a good clearance deal but always missed out. I got a 7.5′ unlit one for $100. With real trees of that size going for about $40 at Lowes I figure it will be ‘paid’ for with 3 uses. No more strapping one to the car, dragging it in, wrestling with a tree stand, watering it, needles dropping, getting prickly or disposing of it later! (Wow, I just realized how ‘over’ real trees I’d gotten lol). I like the Virginia pine because it has three types of branches in two shades of green so it looks more realistic to me than others in the $100 price range.

    • cosa

I got mine half price at Sears. Its a ‘cashmere’ one and I love it. About $140 for 7′ prelit.

    • ish

If u have a 99cent store near by, on black friday they will be having a 6foot pre lit Christmas tree for only 99cents

      • ish

First 99 customers on black friday

    • Sarah

I know $150 is still not cheap in cost of the tree, but I gotta say, Home Depot sells a $150 unlit Dunhill Fir 7.5ft tree with 2,500 TIPS!!!! It’s soooo hat to find a tree that big with over 2,000 tips without spending $100s (I’ve looked!) It’s such a full tree for the price, and I’m over the headache of prelit trees. I love this tree and it has glowing reviews on Home Depots website as well. I’ll never need anothet tree again since I control how many lights I put on it. And you can find 100-ct lights on sale for $2 a box.

I was happy with these towels for the price, but just a heads up that they are nowhere near as fluffy or high quality as the pictures. 🙂

  6. Jennifer

Off topic, looking for Nintendo 3ds for my son and was wondering if anyone knew of a great deal. Thanks! I haven’t had the time to look at all the black Friday ads.

    • andrea

I think I saw nintendo 3ds xl deals at both walmart and best buy for black friday. I bought my son a 3ds xl for his birthday…didn’t get in on any good deals since his birthday was a couple weeks ago, but even at full price, it was worth the money. Get the XL if you can. The screen is considerably bigger and your son will absolutely love it.

  7. Courtney

If I use kohls cash that i have already and it takes the price Below $50 do I have to add more to my cart to get free shipping and more kohls cash?

    • cosa

Yes. You have to spend $50 after all discounts (coupons & kohls cash) before any shipping charges.

  8. Kristina

This is a good stock up price for guest towels, but I wouldn’t use them as my every day towel. I bought 4 towels from target for $20 each(big fluffy super soft ones) and it was the best $80 I have ever spent. Love having a huge soft towel after a shower

  9. annadm

Best kohls towels in my opinion are the apartment 9 super absorbent towels. They are on sale for 5.99 which is less than half the normal price

    • Jeannette

Thanks for the Apt 9 tip. I just picked up matching navy towels and rugs for my brother’s Christmas gift! He’s been making do with a couple old threadbare ones for some time and will LOVE these. Time to upgrade the bachelor pad and retire that godawful mutant ninja turtles rag 🙂

      • annad

No problem!! They wash well and very soft. They also dry quickly. Im spoiled when it comes to towels and sheets 🙂

  10. Ragan

I purchased these back when Collin posted another deal on them and honestly, I hated them. Much too thin. I prefer Costco towels.

    • Mona

I agree, Costco towels are absolutely wonderful! Exceptional quality, thick and absorbent. Everyday price about $5.99 but go on coupon twice a year making them $3.99 each.

  11. Sylvie

my neighbor’s step-sister makes $64 an hour on the computer . She has been fired for nine months but last month her pay was $18098 just working on the computer for a few hours. read more Buzz-Reviews.com

  12. Cannielle

Too thin. I love the $2.00 mainstay towels I got from Walmart on BF 2009, still going strong after 5 years. Too bad Walmart doesn’t include that on their BF any more.

    • andrea

JCPenney is having 2.99 bath towels as part of their black friday special. The quality isn’t the greatest but they aren’t bad.

  13. Savannah

I love these towels!!! Buying more now that they are on sale!

  14. jen

I can’t use both codes? Anyone else have a problem with yes2savings code?

    • Colleen

Jen, it is use either code… Not both.

    • cosa

It’s one or the other. You can’t use both. They are both 15% off.

  15. Dinah Ramos

    Awesome deal!

  16. Jaime

Thank you!! I bought 4 towels, 2 blankets, 2 tank tops, a sweatshirt and a set of 4 Spider-Man canvas pictures for my son’s new room. Spent $55.34. Will also get a $15 kolhs cash 🙂

  17. Cee

These towels do not have very good reviews I read through a bunch and even though it is a nice price it doesn’t sound like a good deal the towels apparently are very thin, Oh well I am sure it will be worth it for some people.

  18. Maria

I bought a bunch of these last Black Friday and i like them. They are not fluffy, and do feel cheap, but the price was right and I don’t feel horrible when I want a new towel to use, I just take a new one out and not spend an arm and a leg.

  19. Erica

As an idea- you can also use these towels on wet or muddy pets. Animal shelters are always looking for towels and this would be a great price to buy a bunch and donate! 🙂

  20. Shawn Hartman Pepera

Is this price also in stores???

  21. Duduwa

Even the Bigone blankets from last year were not as good as the ones I got two years ago. They are thinner and feel different.

  22. Leslie

I bought a bunch of white simply Vera towels on clearance this summer. I have too many and that’s ok. I got them for roughly $6 each. They luxurious and if you need new towels, wait for these to go on clearance + 30% + kohls cash.

  23. deidre h

If you are able to make a donation, these would be a great gift for your local animal shelter!!!
