Also the hemp hand cream is on sale for $10!! I’m not positive on this, but think the bag is only for members to purchase.
Just a head’s up to anyone that purchased the recent Groupon for The Body Shop; you cannot use it on sale prices. I was in my local store yesterday & was informed by the saleswoman that the terms of the Groupon have changed. So you cannot purchase the 3 and get 2 free or any other sale item or the Black Friday bag. I was told you can only use the Groupon on full-price items, such as the gift sets. I was really bummed about the change to the terms & now wish I had not bought the Groupon, as the deals are better without it. I know the sets would be 1/2 off with the Groupon, but I want to get a lot of different products for multiple people who like all different scents!
If you read the fine print on the most recent Groupon it’s very different from in the past. They are not good on any promo/sale merchandise. So not good on 3 for $33, not good on the bag, etc. I asked at my local store to confirm and they said the Groupon would only work on regular – full priced items. Since everything seems to be on sale at this time of year I asked what I could actually buy with my Groupon and they said gift sets because there are no sales on gift sets.
Glad I didn’t buy one…they really making it hard to get deals anymore

refund request are only up to 3 days after purchase. otherwise, it says on their policy they will try to help you redeem your groupon or suggest giving as gift
I bought the $50 Groupon Voucher (for $18) with the hope of using it on the Gift Sets, but seeing there are much better deals, it’s a bummer. I’ll still buy the gift sets, but it is frustrating.
To be honest, I’ve lost my love of The Body Shop. I still adore their Hemp Hand Protector and the Hemp Lip Conditioner … And I think their products are higher quality than other bath store’s products, but lately I’ve been bummed. The staff at my local mall leaves much to be desired. And everytime I’m in there it’s dead … Like creepy dead, the kind where there is nothing to do, but stare at you while you shop. LOL! I also tried to even exchange the same product for product (just in another scent), but didn’t have a receipt (it was a gift) and was told they would have to return the items given to me at 50% Value, then I could apply it towards my next purchase. :[ I passed on their offer. (I guess this is maybe because there products can be purchased at Ulta and TJ Maxx … I had no idea!) And then I purchased the $5 Cactus Sponge w/Coupons and failed to realize the Body Butter Coupon was only good on the holiday scents. My own fault! Now the Groupon terms change. I thought I’d maybe able to combine the Groupon with the Tote Bag, but doesn’t sound like it. (Actually what’s offered in this year’s tote leaves a lot to be desired.) Oh well!
