Last time I ordered from a Sally sale, I thought I was getting a great deal on a half price straightener and added a couple of extras. No where did it indicate the straighter was not available when I ordered. Imagine my surprise to receive the extras and a sorry, out of stock for the one item I wanted. Basically no deal because the shipping was about the cost of the other items. Customer service was of no help. Hope you all have a better experience.
