I was hoping to grab an iPad from Target.com but they were all sold out. I called the store to see if they could match the deal, and they told me the iPad Air Black Friday price was live at the store!!! I scored an iPad Air 16 GB for $399 plus got a $100 gift card! I used my Target red card and saved $15! Pretty sweet deal and I didn’t have to stand in line![/h2s_box]
NOTE from Collin: I called my local Target and I was also told that the iPad Air is priced at $399 with a $100 gift card! So if there’s an item you’re looking to score and it’s sold out online, make sure to call your store!

Does anyone know if they will price match the walmart or costco price of $379? If so do we still get the $100 giftcard?
I doubt they would match Costco because that is members only. I could be wrong though.
Target doesn’t PM when there is a GC offer involved (either from another store or their promo)
That’s exactly what I was told by target this morning. However, another one of our Hip2Saver’s was able to price match AND get the gift card. Worth a shot! Congrats to anyone w a cooperative store…mine said nooooo! Lol 😀

They won’t match anything that is Black Friday or even “Pre-Black Friday” sales. They’ve been real sticklers for that this year! 🙁

I’m not certain, but I think it means not yet available and it will be eventually. At least that’s what I’m hoping. Same thing with the TV I’m wanting to get. 🙂
I got the vizio 39″ in store today, they had them stacked in the aisles. The ipad air and beats were also in stock for the black friday price. HTH
I was just at Target and while I wasn’t looking at it specifically, I noticed they had Vizio TVs displayed in a corner of the kids clothing department. Check to see if your local Target has them already priced with the discount 🙂

If you go to Targets website they have a banner that says Black Friday starts today in store and online that shows you what they released but much of it is already sold out

I just went to my target they won’t honor that deal until tomorrow. No iPad for me-not shopping on Thanksgiving. I’ll keep looking for an online deal
If you go online it will say “sold out online”, click on the ipad anyways, then click the “find in a store” button….if your local store has it in stock then you just pay online and select the pick up in store option. Go to store, show receipt from online purchase and take your ipad home!

Glad I got an IPad Mini 2 from Best Buy today. This seems like a hassle.
Got the iPad Air and the $100 gift card and they price matched Walmart’s price of $379! So make sure you ask them. Walmart was offering a free charging case, so they said they figured why not for the price match. I also had a coupon for $10 off a $150 stor purchase I got in the mail. So my final deal was $369 tax for an iPad Air and $100 gift card!
