  Based on the pics of the item on Amazon, it has straps to connect it to a chair to be used as a high chair.

   Great item for $20! Used it with my son as soon as he could sit up, still using it at 18 months. It does convert so you can strap it to a regular chair. Very convenient when traveling !

    My baby has the middle one. Def recommend. We use this in place of a highchair and we also use it in the bathtub. She loves it.
