  Buy him a box that’s just multi color and then he can use his imagination and make whatever he wants. I did that this year.

  My twins do the same thing ! After they build the sets they take them apart and create things with their imagination. We organize by color and accessories and keep every instruction guide so if they ever decide they want to rebuild it they have the instructions!

  I tried for awhile to keep the sets together but it is pointless. Most of the time they build it once and then after that just use their imagination. I keep the instructions just in case they decide they want to build it again.
