    ive seen these green 3pk at the 99 store, and they have been mailing buy 3 items get a 4th free ant items 99cents or more. .25cents a roll

    Walgreens won’t accept it bc it says “redeemable at walmart” on the side. It is a manufacturer coupon. The manufacturer is the one footing the bill for redemption, not walmart. This kind of thing drives me nuts! These companies need to teach their workers how coupons ACTUALLY work. This is so frustrating for the consumer!
