The code doesn’t appear to work on a mobile devices, so I’m thinkin’ that’s what you might be on?

I did a collage on my mobile device and then submitted the pic, you want to make sure it will fit the print first though, they allow you to preview and crop before your order. I just had to go back and adjust my picture size and it worked like a charm!

Are you on a mobile device? As that sometimes creates issues.
Code didn’t work for me the other day on mobile. Had to get the iPad and go through safari.
