I bought the dewalt set with 156 piece tool set combo for my husband. My uncle who is an electrician said this set contains premium tools and is a great price (he bought just the drill/driver set at a pawn shop for $160 recently). The only difference between the two sets is the size of tool kits included, so you pay $10 more for the 156 piece set as opposed to 118 pieces. My husband will be thrilled when he opens this gift for christmas!
Lowes has some great Dewalt deals too. Maybe if you cant get it at Home Depot, Lowes will have what you are looking for. I got a drill with two batteries and storage bag for $99. It had been $189 if I remember correctly.
