Mine took a minute, and I thought I’d have to contact customer service, but it showed up!
Go to the my cards screen and swipe through the cards. It registers as a separate card. It doesn’t add it to the card you loaded.

I did this this morning & my bonus offer still hasn’t shown up. I’ve swiped through & the only thing besides the card I bought to activate the acct is something that says “purchase a card” or “add a card” I contacted customer service this morning but have received no response. Not even an automated one saying that my email was received. Pretty annoyed right now. Anyone have any tips?
Did you try swiping in the opposite direction? My $5 card was to the left of the card I purchased.
I used my $5 Dunkin Donuts card from my coke rewards (which I found out about here 😉 ) and ended up with $10 and a free medium coffee! What a deal! Thanks for what you do!!!

Used the MCD DD $5 card for the $5 Bonus card as well. Shows bonus card in the app by swiping left.

Yes, it’s a separate $5 card.
It doesn’t show up unless you refresh your cards. On the iPhone, it shows up under my cards in the top right corner you will see a refresh button.

Where do you put the word bonus at?
When you are signing up on the app, on the last step after your birthday I believe, it asks for you to enter the promo code.

Has anyone USED their DD card from this app promo? I tried twice at my Dunkin and both times, different cashiers – as well as two managers – could not get it to work. They scanned it, they typed it in manually…. still no go. It clearly shows a $5 balance, but it refuses to work…
I have used it without any issues from the app. The Free beverage email was a beeper, but the manager manually put it.
If it doesn’t work give them the gift card # and check the FAQ for more help it has details on that

Correct. After entering your gift card/credit card, you create account with email and password, then it asks you for your birthday and promo code. Hope I got that right.
Got the free card last time they did this for me and this time did it for my husband. He doesn’t like coffee so more coffee for me 😀
