I ordered a scarf a couple weeks ago when you got the free earrings. I still have not received mine yet. Fingers crossed I get it this week. I tried to look up the tracking number but it doesn’t show anything. They must be really busy.

It should hopefully be there soon, mine didn’t ship out until 6 days after order date (shipped on the 26th) and with my experience with ordering from them it takes another week or so from ship date to get the package.

I ordered also and have not received mine. Emailed and they just redirected me to the tracking number which has no activity. I will contact them again tomorrow and ask for a refund. Skeptical on ordering again.
I’ve gotten everything I’ve ordered except for the scarf with the earrings too. I kept thinking I was supposed to get something else from them but then I thought well maybe I got it already, lol. I’ll contact them too…so tempted to buy this shawl… I’m loving the one I got from one of the special sales.

I haven’t received my scarf/earrings order yet either. Was ordered on November 17. Wondered if others hadn’t received theirs.
I have not received mine either. I got my shipment email on the 23rd and the tracking number says item not found. I emailed today to check into it.

I ordered some items weeks ago and got a partial order. I emailed them and they apologized and said they were out of what I wanted and I gave them alternatives to order. Still waiting on those items, I have emailed them again about these items. But they don’t tell you when items ship. I like their stuff but it seems to be a small company.

I ordered my scarf and earrings nov 17 and said it shipped 11/24. Never got it and called Monday, they claimed it got lost and are sending out another. Disappointed because I need it for a holiday party this week:(
That’s interesting because I ordered the same day and have not received mine and the email response I received last night is that there was an inventory error. Supposedly it shipped yesterday. Tracking still has not updated tho.
