I seriously doubt that all the mean comments being made on their Facebook page will help bring back the $1.50 coupons… I’m saving my points for the tony the tiger bowl.

    • Amanda

Right, I used to just get the 75 cent ones and would use it at stores that double coupons.

    • Pharmchick

I’m saving for the old navy gc because I doubt I’ll be able to get anything good after I do one big cash out.

    • Tia

I thought they would have had a better Cyber Week ”sale” on their rewards. No double coupons in South Florida so I’m really missing the $1.50 coupons that were giving 2 prints.

      • Tia

Oh, and I never knew you weren’t supposed to get 2 prints. All the coupons.com coupons give 2 prints so I assumed that’s just how it was. To say that people were abusing that on purpose is 100% wrong for many of us that are somewhat new to couponing.

        • mel

When I first joined, it was only 1 print. They were using redplum software and lots of people were having problems with java and losing their print (I did twice, emailed and they credited my acct the lost points). They eventually switched to coupons.com/bricks and left it as 2 prints as a courtesy in case the 1st print was lost. Once people figured out they could get 2 unique prints (and printing from the same link from different computers), that is when Kellogg’s felt they were being taken advantage of. I did not like how them lumped couponers in their statement as to why they went to 1 print. The people that abused it ruined it for everyone that was buying/printing coupons correctly. I didn’t know about the 2 prints until the summer when someone here mentioned it, so at first I was kinda upset I had been buying 2 coupons and only printing once! Over the years, I have learned (esp for point sites) it is better to not get attached/dependent on values/offers, b/c at some point, it can be taken away.
I don’t have doubles here either and those $1.50 coupons really helped out and are sadly missed.

Can anyone help me continue to keep my points? I would constantly buy products and add codes to the site, but after so many days it would say my points expired or were no longer valid? I grew tired of it and deleted my account, but with the free calendar codes etc. during this time of year…I thought I’d try again. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance and Happy Holidays!

    • mel

I think they give you 6 months of no activity before they delete points. I am not sure if they send a courtesy email (like i have gotten one from mycokerewards that says I have so many days to enter a code) I’ve read of others calling CS and having their points reinstated.
as long as you’re entering codes your acct will stay active, even if it’s the free bonus codes. and they are always posting free codes! I also keep a spare produt code just on the off chance I might get close to inactivity.

      • Jen

Thanks for this helpful info.!!! May have to call CS cuz I always feel like I’m entering codes…especially before the 6 mo deadline! RUDICULOUS!!!

        • Melissa

I think the deadline may actually be 3 months so you might want to double check that.

Set a reminder in your phone to enter at least once per month then you will not miss any.

          • mel

Yes, sorry, I meant to say 60 days (which is only 2 months). And according to the t/c they don’t send out a reminder email before, but rather AFTER the inactivity.
