Are there ANY frapps that, at least somewhat, adhere to a low carb diet?
You just have to change it a little. Ask for skim milk and no whipped cream and a pump less of whatever syrup they put it. Cuts at least half the calories out and still tastes yummy 🙂
You can get them skinny. That means made with sugar free syrup, light base, non fat milk and no whipped cream. The coffee frappe is probably the closest since it is the least sweetened to begin with.

I used to read Eat This Not That and they recommended getting a plain coffee Frappuccino (no whip).
My favorite low-calorie frap is the Classic (NOT Cafe) Espresso. The difference between the two is that the classic has a shot of espresso in it and the newer Cafe Espresso has some espresso in the whipped cream they use for it. I get it no whip, non-fat and it’s so good!!
Ask for your frap light and it will have fewer calories. I usually get the coffee frap.
I only go every once in a while so I don’t know. How much are grande fraps to begin with? Would this be a savings of only like 50 cents??

What prices must be greatly different depending where you live a Venti Frappuccino where I live is $5.20 with tax not sure why a grande is $4.79 where you live.
Where I live they even vary store to store (regular sbux vs in Safeway etc.)
$4.79 sounds like a Grande here too though 🙁 Prices went up recently, last year a venti was $5.04 with tax and now it is more.
It depends where you live grands Frappuccino do not cost $4.79 here that is the price I pay for Venti.
