When I pull it up, it only shows the small girl Lego Head for the $8 price. Is this the only one or am I missing it?
I see that too.
The post says as low as $8.38. The other storage bins are more expensive.
same here
Yes, the small girl one is the only one that is $8. The post says “as low as” $8.38.
Sorry for the confusion. Yes, only one is $8.38. I’ll update the post to clarify more.
In Collins post it says “some as low as $8.38” so guessing the one for $8.38 is the small girl one. There are other ones on clearance too, just not for $8.38.
I don’t know how useful a “small” head would be. We have a large one, and it really doesn’t hold much at all.
Great to know! Thanks.
I have a Lego girl small head container and store K-cups inside. Pretty cute!
Anyone know how many legos the small one holds?
Let’s talk lego storage ladies and gents, lol. What do you use and what works best? Seems like we can’t figure out a good system. My cluttered house and feet appreciate all of your suggestions. 😊
I have one of those cartons which have a lid. I covered it up with a ffancy animal print contact paper. And VOILA! My son loves it and its perfect for legos. I have taped a large ge ziplock bag the inside of the lid to keep all instrution sheets.
My son uses an under the bed storage box on wheels I think it’s Rubbermaid, it’s the best solution I have come up with so far and trust me I’ve tried a bunch, but they are his favorite to play with so I tried to make it easy for him to use, it’s been working pretty well for a few months now only we have so many Legos I think we need another box 🙂
You should take the large 12×12 lego squares and glue them to the top of the lid. It works as a play table thing then too! We do
My 10 year old twins have those long underbed storage boxes by Sterilite https://www.sterilite.com/SelectProduct.html?id=365&ProductCategory=179§ion=1 We got ours at Walmart and they each have 3 I think.
Brittany,
For my son I’ve bought a few of the plastic storage bins with drawers of different sizes. The top few are small and the bottom are larger. Then one with just larger drawers. We store them all in his closet(it’s a sliding door closet) and they fit perfectly under his clothes that hang on the bar. I found the cutest Lego mini fig images and made labels for each drawer. The small ones are labeled by colors grouped together (red/orange/yellow) or for manuals or minifigs. The larger drawers are labeled by type of Legos such as Star Wars, super heros, etc to fit the ones already assembled.
We tried a few things before this but it’s worked great as he’s amassed such a collection. I love mostly that they all have a place where he can easily find pieces and can be out of sight! Hope this helps!
For my sons lego vehicle sets I use the plastic pencil boxes so that each set stays seperated.
I bought those tiny, clear plastic drawers at Walmart and they sit on top of his desk for easy access. Each drawer is a different color…
I think this is a great deal I was just looking at one and I didn’t want to spend 39.99 so if I can get target to price match target.com and use my 20% off coupon that I got on Friday then add the 5% red card saving I am winning!!! thank you Colin!!
You cannot price match clearance pricing
We like the largo storage towers with the “drawers” that are handled travel cases.
High I was all done shopping until I saw this lol. I got the large sorting head for my 4.5 year old son and the small girl head for my almost 3 year old daughter. They LOVE Lego’s. I wanted the sorting bin for my son for a while now to help him keep them easy to find without him having to really sort it himself, but I wasn’t paying full price! So when I saw this I HAD to buy it. Then to keep things even I got my daughter the girl one. Now I’m over budget but its ok! 🙂 I have a $100 budget each every year and I always manage to make a huge Christmas with it! Including these heads, my sons retail value is $243.15, I only spent $124.99 but saved $118.16! For my daughters total now her retail value is $234.59, I spent $111.76 and saved $122.83! I did this last year too. It feels so good to save! Plus I got everything on my kids lists that they wanted. The only thing I paid full price on was some dollar tree coloring books lol. Sorry I just had to brag a little! 🙂
That’s awesome! ! I know how good it feels to know you got a great deal and your loved ones are going to be happy. 🙂
We use a Rubbermaid bin & then a train table. It helped to have a spot to keep all the legos off the floor
We converted the space under our stairs into a lego fort. The Legos are all over the floor and I don’t have to see them or step on them! It’s quite dreamy!!!
That’s awesome!
I bought these https://www.amazon.com/Blue-Hills-Studio-Storage-Drawers/dp/B002GB22ZW/ref=sr_1_7?ie=UTF8&qid=1418049875&sr=8-7&keywords=storage+cart
when Collin posted them on a Staples deal. They were $17 each so I got 3. I wish I had bought another one but they are great. He can roll the cart around and we can choose all kinds of different sorting methods. They are great!
