Yes, I bought personalized Easter baskets several years ago, and one of them was flawed. I called them up and they just had me keep the old one and sent me a new one right away. The flaw was minor, so we ended up with a spare. 🙂

I’m not 100% sure but I don’t think they all do. They have a lot of the same styles every year so I can’t imagine they’d clearance them out. My husband and I got ours years ago and we just ordered the same exact one this year for our baby.

We have an older version of the Santa blue quilted stockings that I got on sale several years ago. They are beautiful and have held up very well. I love them.

$8.50 is a great price. I paid my local monogrammer $10/piece to do our stockings. $19.50 total for a monogrammed Pottery Barn stocking is a great value!
On Black Friday they always have free monogramming and the stockings are almost always free shipping.
I bought three stockings last year with embroidered names for my kids and they are beautiful and pillow soft. The red embroidery is better than the green, the green is not as much contrast so it’s harder to read. These are great quality and I agree they have excellent customer service.
Worth every penny and we love our stockings and pretty much every thing we order there. The turn around is super fast on the stockings. Even with the embroidery. And also agreed on the customer service. A lot of other places could really learn something from them.

Does anyone know if they will personalize it in store? I bought my son’s six years ago and didn’t get it done. I would like to take his and his now two younger brothers’ stockings to get their names on them.
No monogramming in store but they will give you a referral of a local business….that’s what my local store did.

These stockings are well worth it. We started off with one then bought as we had three more kids plus ours. They’ve held up wonderfully and are nice big stockings.
I have heard some complaints that the quality isn’t the same this year. Not sure if it’s true. Either way, good price!

The quality is absolutely different!! I have an 8 year old and 5 year old and bought them both stockings for their first Christmas. (The quilted red ones) this year we have a new baby and I rushed to get hers. It is pretty but so thin!! It doesn’t feel like a quilt like the other two do!! My husband thinks I should complain but I don’t see a point in it. It’s still pretty just very thin.
I also got one this year and it’s definitely not as thick. Still nice though.
Absolutely true. Their quality is cheap! I have 3 previous stockings for an 8, 6. and 4 year old. All bought around the time of their first Christmas. The quality of those stockings were outstanding. New baby this year and just got her stocking in the mail today. The quality STINKS. The filling of the old stocking was 100% cotton. This one is polyester. You can even feel that the cotton material for the exterior is cheaper quality. The lining is also different. The old stocking used the same exterior fabric for the interior lining. the new stocking picked something cheaper. They are also smaller this year. So there is no uniformity in sizing. I am sending mine back.
