KidzEyes: Where Kids (Ages 6-12) Earn Money

Do you have kiddos between the ages of 6-12 who want to earn a few extra bucks?! If so, head on over to KidzEyes, a website that conducts market research among 6-12 year old kids (note: this research is compliant with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act). KidzEyes has clients that are interested in hearing kids’ opinions in order to provide better products and services for children and sometimes they are interested in hearing parents’ opinions too, in which case, you will help earn your child(ren) additional KidzPoints.

Here’s how it works…

* Kids complete the surveys that they receive from KidzEyes via email (surveys are emailed to both the kid’s and parent’s email addresses). Upon completion of the survey, kids earn KidzPoints that can be turned in for cash or prizes (100 KidzPoints = $1). Most surveys are worth between 50 and 1000 points, sometimes more…the longer the survey, the more points they award. The KidzPoints system works kind of like a bank account and KidzEyes will even keep track of your KidzPoints in an online piggy bank.

* After 1000 points ($10) is reached, your kids can cash them in or they can save them up for something special. When the points are cashed in, your kiddos will then receive a check in the mail, in care of the parent or legal guardian.

* Each month, kids will also receive the KidzEyes SuperPoll survey which enters them into a sweepstakes where they could win up to 10,000 bonus KidzPoints (worth $100)!

* In order for your kids to become a member of KidzEyes, you (i.e. the parent/guardian) need to complete the brief registration survey found here. You will be able to register multiple kids at a time, so the sign-up survey only needs to be completed one time per household. The registration process takes about 10 minutes AND as a thank you for completing the registration process, KidzEyes will award each kiddo you register with 500 KidzPoints ($5)!

* Only families that currently live in the United States are eligible to sign up for KidzEyes.

We love this company! I have one daughter who takes surveys for kidzeyes, an older one with teeneyes, and I do parentspeak. We haven’t gotten rich off of them, but spending money here and there.

We love Kidzeyes! My two boys enjoy getting their own checks in the mail. My 9 year old has made over $100 and my 7 year old almost $50. They only send out usually two surveys a month, maybe more on occasion. These checks go straight into their savings account.[/h2s_box]

It asks for your last 4 of your social security number. I don’t know if I’m comfortable giving that out. Has anyone else heard of this site before?

    • Yoli

Good point, however I don’t think Collin will post something she herself isn’t comfortable with. Maybe consider entering a fake last four 😕 worth a try if you aren’t comfortable with entering your real last four.

    • Noelle

I am not comfortable with that either.

    • Tiff

I agree. It’s probably fine if you choose to but I really don’t feel comfortable giving out that kind of information on my child to a place I’ve never heard of.

This is only asked to make sure the person signing up is an adult. We do not ask this for any other reason.

        Thanks!

We love kidzeyes. My 8 year old has been doing the surveys since she was 6 a D I’m about to sign my 6 year old up too. Great for a little change for the kiddos.

My son is a memeber and has been for about 6 months. We heard about it from Hip2Save and he loves it. It asks for his oppinion and he gets to watch his money grow. He won the Oct. Super Poll (Second place $40) and now has $106 in his account. Occasionally they have the parents fill out a survey and he gets money for those also.

Not sure if this is only for new shutterfly users or existing ones as well but here is a code for a free calendar BCCALENDAR2015

    • Meegan

Thanks for the calendar code! I was hoping to do one for a xmas gift!

  5. Yoli

I typed in 0000 as my last four and the registration continued. It asked a few questions kind of the same as in a credit report (previous addresses, previous phone numbers, etc) and they actually had my real previous in the multiple choice. Weird! I got off and will do a little more research on this before I continue with registration. 😕

My child doesn’t have her own email account. Is that a requirement?

    • Yoli

As I started with my registration it asked me to enter my email address then it noted that “later” it would ask for my childs email address if I chose to use a different one. I take it that it is not a requirement and you may use your own email address. HTH

    • yity

My kids use my email address.

  7. yity

My kids have been members for 19 months and have made a nice amount of $.

  8. Beth

My kids and I have been members for several years. I know have one on kidzeyes and one on teeneyes. I just did a market research project for them that paid $40 in one of my kids accounts and my husband just did a survey the other day that paid $3 in each of our kids accounts. Our kids don’t want to do the surveys when they say it’s only paying .50 or $1 but we insist they do it b/c a lot of times it turns into another survey that pays even more.

  9. Cynthia Decambra

Do we have to give their social security numbers out

  10. Christy

We have been members for two years and have completed many surveys. I sit with the kids to help them. Each of my two kiddos have made almost $100 which you can withdraw anytime!

  11. Andrea

I just entered my last four SS # and it said due to overwhelming interest they are experiencing technical difficulties. Please try back again tomorrow . Now it feels strange since I entered my 4 digits and closed me out….

    • C

      Same thing happened to me.

      • KidzEyes Moderator

We are fixing a technical error that occurred and should have this fixed this afternoon. Sorry for the inconvenience.

  12. susan

Feel the same way Andrea as the same thing happened to me

    • Megan

      Same here!

  13. Jay7910

Same happened to me Andrea hope there’s no fraud going there.

This company is legitimate and they are not out to scam you. My children have been members of kidzeyes/teenzeyes for years. They each earned money (not getting rich as others have also said), but enough for some spending money periodically. My kids are all getting to the age where they won’t be eligible any longer, but they were very active for several years. We never had any problems of any kind with this company.

  15. Joe FelloftheTruckYesterday

asked for my last four digits of my social…. so i gave them my bank account number and routing number.

  16. geena

I entered in all my info and the process said it was done and worked but wouldn’t let me login after using any of the login info and right after I had a strange out of state number call then hang up on me. I am a little worried.

    • KidzEyes Moderator

Sorry for the inconvenience as we are working to correct the online glitch. Also, no one from our company call you.

I signed up my 11 year old daughter awhile back when hip2save posted it, but we haven’t received anything yet. 🙁

    • Lisa

I had the same issue. I just logged back into my acct and no one was listed under my household. I had to add my daugher again and I know she was on there case I had given permission. Hopefully it will take this time cause she was excited about doing it when I had originally asked.

  18. liz

It’s legit, my daughter has been signed up for 2 years now. So far she has earned about $80. We haven’t been lucky enough to win any super polls yet, but it’s quick and easy for her to complete (sometimes with a little spelling help from me)

  19. Melissa

Both of my kids were members from age 6-12 then when they turned 13 they were asked to join teens eyes with them. My kids were members until they were 20. They made a few hundred dollars. We just left it in there and let it build up till they went to college. Great company and they have been around for a very long time.

  20. Heather

This site is definitely legit! My 11 year old has been a member of Kids Eye for several years thanks to Collin! He has cashed his $ out a couple times. He gets excited when his check comes in the mail. This post reminded me that I need to sign my 7 year old up. Thanks! 🙂

  21. Karen

I went through the entire registration and it won’t allow me to sign in, then I tried to reset password and it said there is no account attached to that email. I hope nothing bad comes of it.

    • Deborah

I thought I did something wrong so I signed up again…. I hope my kids still get an account….

We are working to correct a technical error that may have occurred during the registration process. As soon as the online registration is fixed we will let you know.

    Thanks!

  23. Amanda

It keeps telling me I am not eligible. ..for no reason

  24. VB

I signed my daughter up Sept 26 2014. She had been asking for this Mermaid fin that is sold online but it is $100! I told her she could save her money that she makes on these surveys to buy herself the mermaid tail. About 3 months later she is almost there at $97.50! She is so excited that she is going to be able to buy hereself her mermaid tail! Granted most of the surveys were geared towards the parents but at least my daughter will be happy and it will not be coming out of my pocket.

  25. stacie

I put in all of my information, I am 49 years old, with 4 kids and my application was denied. Can anyone tell me, why?

  26. angie

It says not eligible i dont know why??

  27. Kimberly

I went through the entire registration to the end, but just went to login, and it says no account associated with this email! Do I have to fill all that out again?

  28. deb

I was finally able to register. Every other time I’ve tried after seeing a post about it on H2S it doesn’t work, but it did this time after waiting a few days after the post. My daughter will be so excited
