These are awful toys! I can’t believe they haven’t been recalled. My daughter wanted one so bad last year for Christmas. We played with it maybe 3 times and it has been collecting dust ever since. It got caught in her hair, bumped in to us and was just crazy to try and use. Now we can’t even get it to work.
Same story for us, both of my daughters wanted them for Christmas last year. One lasted about 5 hours, the other a few more days.

I bought that toy a year ago for my daughter and it was very hard to control and it often hit her and I in the face with the wings scratching her face. The sensors don’t always recognize your hands. We returned it.

My daughter got one for her birthday, it did not last long, but she loved it! and at this price its totally worth the few days her and her sisters will play with!
My 7yr. Old daughter bought the light up fairy with her birthday money and she loves it! With a little practice they can really control it. Her sister 9 & 10 love it too. I would get them one but since it has a radio frequency to shut it off while flying I don’t know if they could fly them together. My only complaint is that the charge doesn’t last long.
My daughter got one for Christmas last year, and while it didn’t last long due to damage to the flaps breaking off, she really loved it. I, too, thought it was one of the coolest toys. One you learned how to control it, it worked really well. I think for kids under 8 it would be hard for them to handle. For this price, I think it’s worth it!

We have a light up one, have used it for a few weeks now. My almost 3 year old lovesssss it! Yes it bumps into stuff and sometimes hits her, she still cries when it’s time to recharge it!!
Worst toy I have ever spent money on. We went through 3 of them and they NEVER worked properly. Such a cute concept, but not built well. Too bad because my daughter thought it was a super cute toy. Don’t waste your money.
