  These are really work! And taste good too!
  I got to try them through Smiley360 over the summer and prior to taking them, my nails were thin, brittle and cracked easily. After the month was over, my nails were longer & stronger. I didn’t notice much difference in my hair (I have thick hair as it is) but it was shinier and the amount of loose strands got less and less over the month. I never pass up when there is a deal on these (coupon or not!) b/c I take 2 gummies twice daily and 1 bottle doesn’t last long!

   I actually am taking this 3 capsules on a daily basis, but I just prefer to take it in gummies! I hate capsules and am so glad they a releasing a gummies version.

   I actually take two of these yummy gummy’s every day and my nails are really hard and look really good and I do not go to the salon at all so these gummy’s have been a lifesaver for me

   I have been using these for 6-8 months and my nails have grown long and strong, hair is healthier. They are about $5 a bottle at Walmart for 80 gummies (40 day supply).
