My boys got this toy and it was awful! I returned it right away.
Which one? Airhogs or boomco? In our experience, air hogs are always a disappointment.
I agree! This toy was terrible! Had to charge it all of the time and even when fully charged, it didn’t work as it was supposed to. The fan inside of the ball clipped my son’s hand as he tried to play with it. No blood, but a negative enough experience that he didn’t want to play with it again. Would definitely recommend NOT buying this one.

My sin received the Air Hogs one as a gift and it was terrible! It required frequent charging and even when fully charged, it didn’t work as advertised. The fan inside the ball (which makes it float) clipped my son’s hand as he tried to play with it. No blood, but that was the end of his interest in playing with it. Waste of money at any price tag IMO.
If you buy the Whipblast boom.com gun they have the Large Target for free. So you get the gun and targets for $7.49. Very good buy!!!
How does boomco compare to nerf? Are they basically the same?
So far really will. We have not had any problems with jams or darts falling apart. and the darts really do stick to the targets. We used the smaller gun at Halloween for a zombie party and had no problems.
