If you have a kohls charge, when you go to check out let the worker behind the register know that you had forgotten your 30% off flyer at home, and ask if theyd would honor it for you. They should honor it, its in there policy to do so.
I use the app and type in the PRESENTS30 code. Its creates a barcode in the app for the cashier to scan.
I placed an order after Black Friday for hubby dress shirts and we bought 12 of them on clearance and with coupons. I earned Kohl’s cash but was told by someone that if I return the items that I purchased, they will deduct the Kohl’s cash earned from the refund since I have already spent it. I would exchange the shirts for another size but its not available in store. What’s the best way to handle this issue without losing out on the Kohl’s cash?
If the price hasn’t dropped on the shirts, you could return them without a receipt for store credit. That way it will not effect your kohls cash.
The price when I bought it online is lower than in-store. Can I still return that without a receipt?
If an item is not available in store, what I do is buy it online without using Kohl’s Cash or discounts, return the new item back to customer service and then ask to exchange the items purchased with kohls cash with the recently returned items. Complicated, but the only workaround.
This may also depend on the cashier. I’m not sure if this would work for everyone.
