the code only works once…you cannot use it again on the same amazon account…crap
I didn’t have any problem getting the code to work, but when I chose 2-day shipping, it says the book will be shipped the first or second week of January! That may be because it was just published this month, but wanted to let everyone know to double check the ship date if you need your book by Christmas.
