I absolutely disagree with you on this. I switched to Hamilton Beach several years ago and love this brand. I have two of this particular slow cooker and love how it cooks and have never had an issue with the product. This size may seem small but can cook a lot.
I have had this slow cooker for several years and use it quite often. No complaints. Perfect for feeding my family of 3.

The price did go up, and online chat was no help. It was 9.99 when I put it in my cart, and went to 15.88 while I was checking out. CS didn’t offer to honor the original price, so I removed it from my cart.
