   Kinetic Sand is sand mixed with silicone (usually) it’s AMAZING! sticks to itself for easy molding…it’s my “go to” rainy day activity (We keep it stored in a 9×13 pan with lid and kids mold it, drive cars through it, etc). It’s also super helpful for a kinetic/hands on activity for kids that benefit from that kind of play. This is a good price, we got ours for a bit more and it’s worth every penny! tip – avoid the colors, they don’t mix/separate and the regular sand is just easier.

   If u are on the fence and looking at the price that sand is the best sand out there my daughters absolutely love it it does not fall apart it does not get on anything in the box is wonderful and sturdy and well worth the price

  From what I’ve read online the free shipping is still working. If you go through ebates you can get 4% off and they have a link there for the free shipping.

   Just a tip for the kinetic sand, wash hands before use. Over time it starts sticking to your hands more when it’s not supposed to. It’s still fun either way and I have bought it for all my nieces and nephews. It’s very relaxing for any age. We use it in our classroom when a child needs to calm down.

   I tried to use the Groupon yesterday in combination with the $25 off $99 code and it did not work. I can’t remember if I tried it with the free shipping code, but I think the Groupon won’t work with any other codes.

    Just FYI… as I was reading about the kinetic sand… if you buy the sandbox it does NOT include the SAND even though it is pictured that way.

    Joanne’s Fabrics has a kinetic sand kit on sale for $8.99, regularly $29.97 in store. It has one and a half pound of sand, sand molds, shovel, and a mat to put the sand on.
