Signed up at two emails and never got either. It has been an hour or more for the first email and 20 minutes for the second. I even checked spam folder. Any idea why some people are getting them and others not?

People need to stop b***ing like seriously if you didn’t get a code who cares. It’s just soda people are acting like the company stole from their pockets. I also saw a comment about how they won’t ride their planes since they didn’t get one,like wow your sour as crap. It’s just soda
Perhaps it’s less about getting something for nothing and more about a company deceiving people to boost membership in a virtual club. I’m annoyed I wasted my time and can’t even figure out what I really signed up for. It’s definitely turned me off to trusting a company who uses deception as a standard business practice. Just saying.
I agree J. I signed up last time and only got spammed. I have been purchasing less items such as soda to cut back on my grocery bill so it would be a treat for the kids to “just get a soda”. May seem insignificant to some but they shouldn’t do promotions they can’t come through on then abuse our personal info. Uncheck the boxes for partners advertising and that may help those just now signing up. Thanks though to Collin, we do appreciate you and your website!
I have been waiting three hours too. I know it’s not a huge deal, but it is irritating if they don’t email you what they promised, but are able to email junk/spam. Annoying!!

Yeah, no points for me either and hit has been about 7+ hours. Not too excited about their reward club when this is my first interaction with them.
I signed up about 11:00am I waited they never show up my e-mail still haven’t gotten my bonus point yet 🙁

That was the response I got when I tried to order the free coke…I have plenty of points, so hopefully it will come around again.
It took about a week for the code to be delivered to my email after I signed up a few weeks ago.
