    I called Customer Service. They told me to place my order (got the blue one) and then call back and they’d do a manual adjustment. I ordered, total was $59 something and called back. They manually adjusted it for me and I got it for the price Collin listed above!!

      Didn’t work for me. 🙁 she said it only pertains to certain outerwear and that it cannot be applied to the blue one. You must have gotten lucky 🙂

      I called customer service too and the lady said the blue was under secret sale and thus excluded from the code. She would not manually adjust it.

      Thanks so much for the hint to call customer service! I actually called them twice. The first time the rep was not helpful at all. Couldn’t honor the price. I called back a second time. This time I asked for a supervisor. This time I placed the order online while speaking w the rep on the phone. Once my order was placed I gave him my order number and he manually adjusted my order! He was willing to hold on the line while I placed the order so I didn’t have to call back. He was extremely helpful. Super excited and I am one happy customer!

    Off topic but I don’t know where else to post…. Does anyone know how cheap the basic kindle goes? I see it in sale on amazon for $59 now, is that a good price to buy at or do they ever go lower (not an Xmas gift so timing isn’t critical) thanks for any input !! 🙂

      It’s a good price. I got mine on Black Friday for $49. I doubt it’ll go back down to $49 anytime soon, but who knows? If they’re about to release another new model then I bet they will discount them again. I’d personally say it’s a risk to wait & would buy it at the $59 price

    i placed an order for one and ten minutes later I got an email saying it was backordered and wont ship until 1/4/01. I have to respond to the email or they will cancel my order. Did anyone else get this? Will the price be the same I says okay to the extended ship date?

      I ordered, got confirmation. Then got the back order email, then the cancellation of the back order item. I called customer service and Jerimy was very helpful! I explained I had gotten confirmation so he ordered the blue one for me for the price of the olive one. $28 + $5 next day shipping. Got an email one hour later stating it had shipped. Should be here tomorrow, or for sure Wednesday.

    I called and they said no sorry can’t give a discount. I later decided to try again with the online chat. They said, ya, sure put the order through and we will take it off. they did right away and somehow my total came to 24.90 for the grey one.!! So glad I kept trying. I need a new coat after my last one got ruined in storage.

      I had a hard time finding it too! There was a blue button on the right hand side of the check out page. If that doesn’t work try googling hollister online chat. If you end up talking to Jen or Trenton don’t bother trying with them lol

    I tried chat. The cs rep copied and pasted the terms about “some” outerwear being excluded. It stinks when the banner says “everything”, and the terms say “except this, and this, and that”…

    I read the exclusions and it does state it excludes “secret sale outwear”

      Just tell them it worked on the green jacket last night but now it’s out of stock you want the other color of the same jacket for the same price. Give them the link to the green jacket. I think it all depends on what cs rep you get…I’ve had better luck with the chat than with calling. And some are very rude, last night the rep I talked to screamed at me because I thought she was saying “coat” instead of code….real nice lol

    this is what they said “Yes I understand, it was an error in our system. The promotion details state that the promo won’t work with any discounted items.” Guess i have bad luck.

    It appears that there was a website glitch yesterday that allowed for that promo code to work with that item for those luck few that were able to use it! Since then that has been corrected and will no longer work, as that item is already marked down to the clearance price and that promo does not apply to clearance items, according to the details.

    Don’t bother to chat or call in about that adjustment either because you will be told the same thing! Nothing to see here folks!

    My customer service said if I had an order number where the coupon code was applied (and worked) that they could look up, they would apply the code for me.
