you CANNOT use the coupon In salon or Sephora, Sephora and services are specifically excluded. Coupon says it can be used on apparel, shoes, accessories, fine jewelry, and home. but if you see my post below, there is a paragraph of exclusions even in those departments

When you say “I purchased $100 card and got $20 off”, was it off that purchase of gift card making card $80, or a coupon for $20 off purchase? And you also got $25 off $25 coupon? Did you do that in store or on-line?

But I purchased $100 gift card and got 2 coupons:
$25 off $25 and
$20 jcp bonus cash
So I paid $100 n got coupons

the coupon can start being used on the 26th. The gift card can be used immediately.
